Plenty to do for the small ones, table tennis pool, climbing wall and soft play area.Lovely bar with plenty to choose from fantastic food including night when caterers come in producing great pizzas and burgers.The facilities are clean and all new the only one criticism I have is only having three toilets at the top block wasn't a problem most mornings as I get up early but once it gets to 9 am your just queuing I have been to many sites and alot will have at least 12 toilets and more showers maybe this could be addressed in the future as there is quite a bit of room for an extention to the rear of the block. Again this does not take away the fact that the site is an excellent place to have a great holiday and I will be visiting again. Many thanks to all the staff involved.

I love Woodhouse farm we try to come year after year because it's so peaceful and perfect for our family great pitches staff are all so welcoming the pub on site is lovely with amazing food especially the sticky toffee pudding I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a lovely quiet family site close to so many lovely places to visit fountains abbey newby hall brimham rocks to name a few

We absolutely loved our stay at Woodhouse Farm. It was an incredibly family friendly site and there were lots of things that had been thought out from a family's perspective such as multiple play areas, indoor activities and the BMX track which was a particular favourite for our boys. Our field wasn't overcrowded and everyone on site was friendly and welcoming; the boys made friends immediately! The attention to detail was great by site staff and someone regularly came round to collect recycling which was great. Will definitely be returning.

Great location, plenty to do, really family friendly, pub on site, fishing lake, woods, soft play, lots of parks, huge pitches. Best campsite we’ve found, great location to lots of days out too. Super clean facilities,

Beautiful place to stay lots to for the kids and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend for the price. Something for everyone to do and the food at the little bar was spot on !

I camped here for two nights with my two youngish children in August 2025. The facilities were brilliant and the staff friendly, however on the first night we stayed there was a very large loud group of families playing sports and screaming and shouting until 9:00 p.m. when it got dark, they then continue to make noise until 10:00, playing music, etc. They had gone by the second night, however the campsite was still noisy up until about 9:00. My kids were exhausted being kept awake well past 8 both nights. The park didn't seem to have a clear policy about noise. Also the food in the pub was nice but very limited veggie / healthy options, particularly for the kids. We did really like everything else. It would have been ideal for us if it wasn't for the noise.

Firstly I want to say this site is one of the most beautiful sites, amazing facilities, experiences to die for which is why it’s such a shame the ladies that the ladies that work on reception are so rude. Made us feel as if they didn’t want us there at all. Prior to booking I called up and requested we pitched a small tent next to our caravan to sleep 2 children, was absolutely fine on the phone and then I booked on the website.My friend turned up to the site and was made to feel so unwelcome, said there was no room for them on the park and suggested they put the tent up in a separate area (this was all discussed on the phone prior to arrival that the ‘pup’ tent was ok next to the caravan’I then arrived and was made to feel the exact same way! Advised me I was rude because I expected to pitch up a massive tent when it was a small 2 man tent.After all this we were charged again for said tent.I would love to write more however no space left! Such a shame, fab place, bad staff!!

It’s a beautiful campsite with fantastic facilities for children. It feels very safe for the children to have a little bit of independence and is always clean and tidy. The restaurant is nice enough food & is nice to have if you don’t want to go offsite or make a meal! Fantastic for dogs with incredible walks around the site itself.I’ve stayed here twice now and the only negatives I would comment are that the staff are not overly friendly. Especially the ones behind reception. There’s definitely not a feeling of really want to help you, I don’t feel like you can build a rapport with them and they can be quite pedantic with some things. It can be one rule for one, one rule for another. Which takes the shine away from your holiday. The shop could do with a few more essentials too.
