We love the Oaks Lakes site and have stayed many times now. We particularly like the fact it is an adults only dog free site. The pitches are flat and very well kept and spaced, the staff are really friendly and the facilities kept clean. It is very good value for money and has an excellent cafe on site which does a delicious breakfast. We like walking and hiking and the site is in a brilliant walking area with the Sutton Bank and White Horse walks a few miles away.

THE SITE IS VERY CLEAN NICE AND QUIT THE STLL VERY HELPFULL WELL WORTH THE MONEY ALSO THE RESTAURANTS ON SITE IS 5 STAR WILL BE BACK AGAIN

The location is great to visit the many attractions in the area, but the site facilities are adequate but we didn't see the site wardens once in our seven day stay. The toilets were left unchecked for at least 3 days with only one toilet roll to share between the two toilets and no hand tissue to dry your hands on for four days, pleased we booked when the site was not full as the lack of hygiene in the facilities would put me off returning.

Pitch was emaculately trimmed. Close to the electric hookup. Facilities were kept to a high standard, pot wash, showers, toilets all in a short walk. Area was well lit at night. Cafe on site did some lovely food. I would stay here again any time and probably will.

This was our second visit. My husband likes to fish ,& I like the peace & quiet. A perfect location for both. Well situated for days out.The site is clean & tidy with toilets & shower. There is even a bait & tackle shop & a very good cafe.Will book again & would highly recommend

A great site with great fishing

Excellent value for moneyGreat if you like fishing, which we didn't do but had a walk aound the lakes which was nice on the hittest day so far this year.Had an ice lolly from the cafe and bought some milk from them which was handy because we had firgitten to buy some in Thirsk the day before.The pitches are very large. We went with friends so it was very good we could choose our pitch number and be next to one another.We will definitely be back we loved our stay.

We have stayed at this site several times in the past and will definitely be back. It is well laid out, clean facilities and all amenities we need.The on site fishery is well stocked, well run and all the staff are approachable, friendly and informative.

Well spaced out pitches so not on top of each other and you have a lot of space. Clean facilities. Lovely and quiet. Been back many times and will continue to book in future
