Myself and my husband stayed three nights in our vw camper, our daughter husband and our three grandchildren aged 7,4 and 3 stayed in a pod. Absolutely fantastic facilities to keep the kids busy, indoor play area was a plus when the rain came . However exploring in the woods was a favourite. Seeing the new lambs and all the wildlife. Best toilet and shower block we’ve ever used, super clean and brilliant showers. Well done Woodhouse farm👍

Woodhouse farm is a brilliant campsite. All the facilities are modern and clean. There is a lot to keep the kids entertained, especially the play barn for rainy weather. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pub is very relaxing too. We will definitely be returning.

We had Sunday lunch in the Barn which was lovely.We’ve been going to Woodhouse for years and still love it. Brilliant for dog walks. They had a band on in the barn on Saturday night which were really good and everybody looked like they enjoyed them.

Great site with amazing toilets stayed fir three nights in not the best weather but really enjoyed it lovely if you like walking your dog in beautiful surroundings

Lovely site with great shop, bar with good quality food and reasonably priced, excellent play barn for kids. Pitch facilities top class for touring with full service. Only recommendation for site would be paths to caravans instead of grass which unfortunately is waterlogged due to persistent rain.

Friendly staff, lots of hard standing pitches thankfully given all the rain. Soft play and play barn for kids good value at £2 for all day. Walks and fishing on site as well. Toilets facilities excellent. Some of the best we’ve seen. Well located for light water valley, Fountains Abbey, Ripon etc. We would go back to site.

Stayed Easter weekend. Very friendly staff, always happy to help. Great toilets/shower block. Our 3yo loved the soft play (good value for money!), two parks, Easter egg hunt and all the space to roam around on her balance bike. Good that play barn allows you to take a drink from the bar in plastic cup.

We had a really good break over the Easter weekend. The staff are really friendly, the site is well kept and the kids loved the facilities (and egg hunt).There is a bit of a faff getting your stuff from the car to the lodges but it wouldn’t put me off staying again. It would be nice if the outdoor bench had a cover for bad weather/rain as there’s not much room inside if it’s raining.The toilet/showers for the lodges aren’t as nice as the newer camping block. There’s no shelving etc in the showers and the floors are all wet which makes it difficult to keep stuff dry whilst in the shower. There’s no lights between the woodland path and showers so take a torch!A special shout out to the staff in the bar/restaurant they were amazing and the food was great. There were 15 of us and everything came as ordered and efficiently. Would definitely recommend it.This site would be perfect if fire pits were permitted!
