Great site with great facilities, very friendly staff and a good shop Only issue was trying to peg down our awning on the gravel pitch Would definitely return and recommend

Great location for walking and peace. Good value and reasonably priced electricity card. It would have been nice to choose our pitch, and chocks required . Thankyou for clear instructions about the lane which is narrow in places . Warm showers and great laundry facilities. Don’t miss out on the Friday cakes . Stunningly gorgeous and do buy 2 or more . I enjoyed my 4th campsite on this trip at Wood Nook though I did feel it was very cramped with the resident tourers and mobile homes.I thought the concrete block on the pitches was a good idea for a sloping pitch.The electric meter gave me some concern but it was actually very good to see how much electric we do use.I was expecting an amazing toilet and shower block seen as you had gone to the trouble of a 3d image which incidentally I couldn't view but they were fairly average and having to press the shower button every 20 seconds gets pretty annoying.Having said all that the site is in a good location for walking and the dog walk area was a good size. The public footpath through the edge of the campsite gave easy access to explore beyond the camp. The Tawny Owls were nice to hear.I keep a record of all the sites I go to and the main question I ask myself is 'would I return'? In this case I probably wouldn't. I like to try new sites and return to the ones that stand

I was very convenient for our visit to Grassington and offered good cared for facilities attached to a farming environment. I liked the shower and toilet facilities, which utilised the architectural features of the old stables and offered plenty of hot water for a decent shower. The site offered a coffee morning service on the Sunday and freshly baked pizzas on the Saturday evening withing the farm courtyard ar reasonable prices.We were touring though Yorkshire so this was a one off stay but if I were to return to the area I would be happy to stay again on this site.

Good location, well kept site, staff friendly and welcoming, good value for money. Very well organised and had some nice unique touches which made it stand out from other sites such as local news information and recent activities the site had undertaken. Nice local items in reception for sale.

Just a short drive from beautiful Grassington, Wood Nook is the friendliest and most welcoming of camp sites. Michael and the team are lovely, giving easy explanations of the facilities, with friendly chat and a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent coffee available on site too. We will definitely be booking Wood Nook again. Facilities are all very clean, albeit the shower block could do with a little updating. Highly recommended!
