We stayed just one night, all was good. We swapped from a gravel pitch to a grass one, good choice. Camping field was spacious with large pitches. Very quiet on a Sunday night. Toilets and showers good standard and very clean. Particularly liked the washing cubicles. My only dislike was piped music in the toilet block - found that a bit intrusive in a supposedly quiet site.

Been here quite a few times as its a wonderful place to stay, lovely views of the surrounding countryside. The pitches are of a good size all with electric hook up, the facilities are very good with nice clean toilets and hot showers.Fresh pizza made most weekends and also a outside bar.The owner is great and very helpful and friendly. Overall a fantastic Campsite and I will definitely be back again.

Great site with good facilities, very clean showers and toilets. Lovely staff who are incredibly helpful and friendly. The site has brilliant views of the area and is in a good location for local attractions and hikes in the dales. All in all a very good site l would recommend it to others.

Wood Nook is to our taste, it's quiet, quirky and positioned in a wonderful spot in the dales. I wouldn't say it would suit everyone's tastes. Particularly if you're looking for all singing and dancing 5 star flat pitches and modern facilities, but we think it's wonderful. It's privately owned and Michael who owns the site is very accommodating.

Had a great four days camping at Wood Nook . A fabulous location in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. Easy access for Skipton , Grassington and Kettlewell. Facilities on site are very good and the owners are very friendly and appreciative of your stay

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Wood Nook last weekend and what a stunning location.Enjoyed pizza and drinks from the drinks bar sat in the sunshine on the grass patio, relaxing and enjoying the beautiful views.Sunday walked into Grassington, enjoyed lunch and bought some cheese and crackers to take back for the afternoon.Monday walked from the site to Bordley, across the fields of sheep and rolling landscape, only seeing 2 other hikers enjoying the day.Staff are super friendly and shared some laughs with them across the weekend.Toilets and showers spotless, reception and shop small but perfectly adequate. Bought some delicious locally produced chutney and jam from the shop before leaving.Please visit this super site.
