Kettlewell camping is in a beautiful location and the site was a perfect size for my first solo camping experience. The site wasn't too large, it was easy to get to the toilet facilities and washing up room/reception, and Kettlewell itself was very close if you wanted a a wander in. Beautiful views, great sized pitches, and the family room/toilet was perfect for me. I am an active wheelchair user, and everyone's access needs are different- but for me, having turning space within the toilet/shower room was all I needed, and having my own key to use the (spotless!) facilities was a great thought.The pitch sizes are generous and nicely spaced out, and I didn't feel crowded at all, and in general the site has really friendly vibes. I was asked during my stay if I was finding everything OK, and I definitely did, more than OK! I will definitely be returning, and have told friends and family they should definitely go at some point!

Really lovely campsite with good facilities and friendly staff. Great pubs nearby and we did some good walking from the campsite.

We enjoyed the food served by the pub, which is just a short walk away from the campsite.

Good showers and hairdryer in washrooms included site fees, everything spotlessly clean.

Neil was very helpful and friendly.

We hired the private field and it was brilliant. In a beautiful setting, with great and well looked after facilities, and really friendly and helpful team.

Situated in the heart of Wharfedale a beautiful area and yet the village of Kettlewell close to hand. Excellent facilities and an easy informal camping set up with very friendly staff. Very reasonably priced. What more could one ask.
