Fabulous campsite in stunning setting

Drennan, Helen - 12/05/2022

An incredibly well run small campsite with modern and exceptionally clean facilities. The setting is stunning and Kettlewell village had everything we needed for a perfect weekend break - 2 great pubs serving food, village store open until 7pm most evening and a gorgeous ice-cream parlour. The campsite was really peaceful and pitches were very generous so we had plenty of space for our camper, awning and the dog. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back soon.

A gem of a campsite

Watkins, John - 12/05/2022

We liked it. Small, but not cramped. Staff there when needed, helpful, and not interfering. Made off site provision for my van (we were camping). Plenty of walking from the site, flat/hilly. Fabulous bird song and sheep baaing. Glorious views. Site flat and well cared for. Top marks from us.

Camping in pleasant green field with excellent toilet, showers and washing-up facilities

Kingston, John - 12/05/2022

Pleasant green camping field with excellent toilet, showers and washing-up facilities (all seemed fairly new and high spec). Short walk into village with useful shops and decent pubs (the Racehorses Hotel was particularly good: welcoming, nice food and well-kept beer). The adjacent church clock chimes the quarter hours but we all got used to it quickly. Hope to stay there again.

Wow, just idyllic!

Blakey, Rachel - 06/05/2022

This was our first stay at Kettlewell Camping, and we will definitely be back! The toilet/shower facilities were immaculate, and Nigel the owner was forever cleaning them. The pot washing area had multiple sinks with plenty of room for everyone, and very hot water. The surroundings were beautiful making it a very relaxing setting for myself and family. I would highly recommend this site.

Beautiful place to Stay

Buick, Tracey - 03/05/2022

We only stayed here 3 nights but we absolutely loved it! I would go as far to say this had one of the best shower blocks I've used. The view from our canvas was beautiful. We had a meal at the local pub, The Blue bell and it was delicious, the puddings are an absolute must and if you're full get 1 pudding and 2 spoons and share! Don't worry about the calories because you can walk them off in the picturesque areas of Kettlewell, Starbottom and Buckden.
