A serene holiday park in the midst of the stunning Yorkshire Dales, Langcliffe Park offers a tranquil escape amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the much-loved National Park. Encompassing 841 square miles, the Yorkshire Dales National Park boasts 1,633 miles of footpaths, abundant flora and fauna, and captivating views of the unique 'Dales' terrain, making it a coveted destination for those seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Unlike many holiday parks, Langcliffe Park distinguishes itself by embracing quietude. Devoid of a bar, restaurant, or entertainment facilities, it serves as a haven for relaxation and a strategic base for planning exciting adventures within the expansive National Park. While it radiates tranquillity, the park is far from isolated, conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the A65 and a pleasant 15-minute stroll from the historic market town of Settle.
Settle itself offers an array of amenities, including cafes, restaurants, shops, fuel stations, and entertainment options, ensuring that visitors have easy access to necessities and diversions.
Langcliffe Park provides over 30 pitches for those eager to explore the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales. The National Park, with its distinctive landscape, offers a myriad of possibilities for exploration, encouraging repeat visits from satisfied patrons. The park is specifically designed to cater to couples and families rather than large groups, emphasizing a peaceful atmosphere conducive to fully enjoying the natural wonders surrounding it.
The park offers two types of pitches: 'Standard electric,' equipped with electric hook-ups, and 'Deluxe,' which includes electric hook-ups along with water and waste points. All pitches feature flat, hard-standing surfaces with space for one car and an awning. Many pitches offer stunning views, and returning visitors often request their preferred spots.
Langcliffe Park provides essential facilities to enhance the camping experience. A short distance away, a shower/toilet block offers disabled facilities and free hot showers. Additional amenities include a washing-up area, a chemical toilet disposal point, a motorhome waste emptying point, a recycling area, and a laundrette.
The park is equipped with WiFi, ensuring online access for those who wish to stay connected. Families with children can take advantage of the outdoor play area, while a dedicated 'ball games' area caters to sports enthusiasts. A dog walking field accommodates furry friends, making Langcliffe Park a welcoming destination for pet owners.
In essence, Langcliffe Park stands as a quiet and idyllic base for embarking on a Yorkshire Dales adventure. Its commitment to serenity, coupled with well-appointed facilities and proximity to Settle, makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature.

Good location being within an easy walk of the lovely market town of Settle and with easy access to most main towns in that region of the Yorkshire Dales. The touring part of the site is terraced giving great views of the fells over the River Ribble. There are loads of lovely walks from around the Settle area.
Very friendly and helpful staff.Pitch was on a slope which was difficult but member of staff helped us hitch up.Facilites very clean.Beautiful area, in particular enjoyed walking to Catrigg Force and the Hoffman Kiln. Half an hour walk into Settle.
It is a lovely place & the staff available & helpful. Lovely to see & hear wildlife & starry sky at night. Peaceful, quiet & well run.Our apartment (Tarn Brow) was spacious, clean & bright. It would have been nice to have a standard lamp or two in the lounge area rather than just the one main light. Also the twin bedroom has no window, it would be good to know this up front. Some wilder areas of the campsite would also be nice, to support local wildlife & provide a bit of a contrast to all the manicured grass.Overall a lovely place to stay & we'd be happy to return. There's plenty of choice for eating & drinking in Settle & Giggleswick, & good local walks.
as above
Very enjoyable stay, pitch was large, site quiet, facilities spotless.
Lovely site with good large pitches, Immaculate toilet shower block. The staff were very friendly. Fantastic walks on the doorstep, a short walk onto the centre of Settle about 20 mins, q little mill shop with cafe en route. The price was very reasonable for the standard of the site. We will use the site again when in the area qnd would recommend to friends.
Excellent site
Lovely 3 night stay. Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Grest location, short walk into Settle. Will return.
1st visit to the site and absolutely loved it.The site location is good, but it does take longer than the stated 15 mins to walk into Settle (more 20-25 mins). The site is well maintained. Spotless facilities at all times of the day/night.On the occasions I needed to speak to the staff they were all very friendly and informative.A solo camper would feel safe at this site.Settle itself is a small delight. Excellent meal at The Golden Lion.Visited the White Scar Caves. Found it difficult in places due to head height.Visited Hawes and the cheese factory. Lovely place to visit. Their 'high street' had a good selection of independent shops.Visited Clapham village and did a walk to Ingleborough. Beautiful.Visited Hardraw, and had a lovely Sunday roast at The Green Dragon. Excellent meal. Can't wait to stay again at Langcliffe Park and will be booking to return shortly.
Set with views of hills All round just what we wanted great walks straight from the campsite. Nice walk down quiet lane into Settle.Facilities very clean. Pitch was fully serviced. Great dog exercising area, massive area for him to run chasing ballsAll in all could not say anything bad about campsite at all. We are looking forward to our next visit
