We have always loved Grassington so we were super happy to find Wood Nook so we could stay over in our campervan. Michael the owner is very friendly and helpful - no issues helping us with the bus timetable and stops. Beautiful sites, very clean, great facilities, amazing views .Great location - walk to the main road to catch the bus into Grassington, Skipton, Malham etc or try and get uber (we did have to use uber as I hurt my foot after a mammoth walk the previous day) We didn’t have pizza but they looked amazing! Coffee in the morning was lovely and the little pop up bar had a small selection of drinks. Perfect site and one we will return to year after year

Weekend stay for walking in the local & surrounding areas. Friendly welcome, decent facilities, very roomy individual pitch with electric, great views. Had a great stay.

Mike is one of the best as a camp site owner, nothing is too much for him to help. I have been staying here for over 20 years, so do I need to say more. Pitches are basic but adequate and the surroundings are stupendous.

Lovely site, great facilities including lovely seating area, shop, coffee & pastries and pizza available during our stay. The toilets and showers were immaculate. The gravel pitch was a nice size, but the grass pitches looked great! I was wary about the prepayment for electric, but it worked very well for us. We enjoyed a nice walk into Grassington and enjoyed the shops and friendly pub. On our way back to the site, we found the butchers in the Spar at Threshfield which was very convenient. It was a fabulous weekend away and we’re looking forward to visiting again soon 😊

Best campsite in Yorkshire dales. Staff are lovely. Amenities fantastic. Beautiful part of the world. Cannot wait to come back. Thank you. I really needed a relaxing weekend and you were the tonic that provided. See you again soon !

nice setting place was in a very good location lots of walks in the area , everyone friendly and the place is spotless nice grassed area to chill on a night and enjoy the view with a pizza and beer

Excellent location. Facilities top class. Shower and toilets spotless. Well stocked shop on site. Pizza nights on site. Coffee and pastries available. Wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend

A hidden gem. Very peaceful; many moorland walks from the site; within walking distance of small supermarket (Threshfield), and to Grassington Village and Linton Falls. Site utilities excellent and exceptionally clean. Owner most friendly and helpful. Delicious fresh pastries and cakes in the shop. We will definitely come here again - thank you Wood Nook.
