We have been coming to Woodnook for over 20 years and have no wish of stopping anytime soon. The location is beautiful, ideal and comfortable so that is always feels like home. The facilties are always clean, spacious and reliable. All of the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at ease. There is always lots to do in the surrounding area whether you want to venture 5 minutes away or 50 and the staff are always there give you advice and guidance should you need it. We love going to Skipton and Grassington where the food and shopping are a first class environment. This is a place that is perfect for anyone wehther you are single, a couple or a family.

We’ve been visiting Wood Nook for 40 years or more…. and never tire of the truly magnificent views fom the site. But that’s just the beginning… for the views are matched by the wonderful, warm, personal welcome. The facilities are outstanding, the shower block superbly outfitted and tiled, lovely and warm. I could go on but aware of the risks: it’ll become so popular we’ll be unable to reserve a pitch.

Great site within walking distance of Grassington. Very good, clean facilities, especially heated toilets and showers. Gravel hard standings are spacious and we needed to use our ramps to level up. Electricity available using a pre paid card of which any unused is refunded or can be topped up. £10 for 31kWh.Very friendly owner who lives on site.

Wood Nook is a lovely rural campsite for those who want to get away from it all. It is located in beautiful countryside, with a footpath running right beside it that leads up into unspoiled moorland.It is within walking distance of a very well stocked Spar shop, with an excellent butchery and the picturesque village of Grassington.The approach is very narrow but there is almost no traffic. If you have a very large unit ypu may wish to consider this but the site staggers arrival & departure times to avoid problems.Wood Nook is a family run site & they have all the facilities needed, maintained to a very good standard. It truly is a little gem of a campsite.

Fab stay at wood nook, location is perfect, close to Grassington and many other places. Site is great, facilities spotless and staff friendly and helpful. Perfect peaceful stay, will definitely return, highly recommend 🌟

Friendly chap at reception, went over everything. Given sample lemon curd made local. Very quite, warm showers and service facilities every 20m.Site is a little out of Threshfield, about a mile.Will definitely return, great 2 night stay

First time staying at Wood Nook and was very impressed with everything the site had to offer. Very friendly and helpful owners/staff, lovely layout of the park, field and facilities. Really lovely on site dog walk and beautiful public footpath trails leading from the site also. Location is superb and is close to Grassington and Skipton. If you like a good walk, then Grassington is very doable from the site and allows you to experience the wonders of the night sky if going out in the evening.That, and the amount of wildlife around the site both at night and during the day, is really beautiful, from owls to woodpeckers, from rabbits to squirrels and even the odd Jay flying around… just perfect!Wood Nook was everything I had hoped for and more and all whilst being incredibly good value for money and with wonderful facilities.I highly recommended this site, it’s 5*

A lovely quiet site situated a couple of miles from Grassington.The site and facilities are kept nice and clean. Even the heating was on in the loos and showers. The owners were nice and friendly.We had a good time despite some rubbish weather. With some fantastic walking available straight from the site.Grassington is a half hour walk. Linton a short drive. There's plenty of good eating places within a reasonable distance.All in all, no complaints at all.
