Excellent showers. Free internet that we could get while parked up. Fish & chip van visits every Saturday which was very good. Dedicated dog walking area which was also very good. Really liked the park & would stay there again.

We love Pickering & Whitby & this is a great place to stay for both. We are only sorry that we had to leave a day early to get home before Storm Austen.

Facilities good clean and tidy, staff polite and helpful, toilets and showers second to none. Site a little out of the way for someone not wanting to drive.Cafe good, as we came in October but not open a great deal .Fish and chip van once a week. The facilities are amazing, so clean and spacious. The site well maintained and really peaceful. Lovely little shop. Cafe on site but not open when we were there.

Beautiful site in pristine condition. Pitches tidy, water access close to caravan. Good little shop. Very friendly staff . Toilet block very clean.We walked to Thornton le Dale (8 mile return). Central to lots of places. Excellent pub 1 mile up the road. Had a great stay

Stayed here a number of times and it never disappoints, facilities are immaculate and clean.Would definitely recommend and will definitely go again

We had a lovely few days here whilst visiting Pickering 40s weekend. Very well layed out site with nice moden facilities and very clean toilet / shower block.Only one criticism is the shower heads, they are a bit like a jet wash, very powerful which is great but only a 100mm round jet pattern. Overall a very nice site.Many thanks.

Good location and well kept clean site, clean and well maintained facilities, large enough plot for caravan awning and car, good spacing between caravans, friendly and helpful staff, onsite shop is reasonably priced which suprised me as the shops on most sites tend to take advantage of customers by inflating prices, onsite café is a very good idea but didn't get to try it, the only thing that niggles me was the showers as they are not adjustable in temperature and the fine needle like spray from shower head and also the push button cut off is too short, but overall the site is a lovely place and location and would recommend a stay.

Site is well maintained, staff very friendly and helpful, shower and toilets are well maintained and clean. Did have an issue with hot water but it was sorted. Small shop is well stocked and cafe is good. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend. The only negative issue was not with vale of pickering but with the fish and chip shop in Thornton-le-Dale. Can't understand why after only open for 10 min it had run out of fish. We were lucky to get the last 2 bits of haddock but at a cost £30 thats over priced. Just think its taking advantage of tourists.

The site was spotless inside and out and was well maintained, at night it was easy to get around due to the lamps alongside the roads we found the pitch was nice and level with water and electric hookup for every pitch. The staff were very friendly and plenty of toilets and showers I especially liked the large bath rooms with a toilet and shower as I’ve got limited mobility it was great to not struggle with getting dressed after a shower.the only thing I didn’t like was the push button showers you had to push it in every 3/4 seconds and I like a hot shower but the water was Luke warm. Other than those two niggles I found it one of the best sites I’ve been too.
