St Helens Caravan Park is a large 36 acre campsite offering 100 touring pitches – most of which are hardstanding – including 30 adult only pitches in a quiet zone. The site is divided into terraces with tree screening creating smaller, more private areas – a feature which enables different areas of the park to vary in character and outlook. The terracing and landscaping suits the requirements of a wide range of caravanners and motorhomers.
As well as the park's adults only zone, they offer plenty of family pitches both hardstanding and grass with a number of play areas and open space for family activates. The park also have six acres devoted to Country Park for walking and relaxing – with animals to look at including pigs, sheep and our famous alpacas.
If guests fancy a truly unique camping experience the park offer a number of purpose built wooden pods. The pods will keep you warm in the winter months and cool in the summer due to fantastic insulation.

All pitches are marked and your accommodation must fit within the confines of your pitch. Electric is by Pre-Payment meter - you will need an adaptor for a 16a supply. The pitch has fence either side, and maximum pitch size is 8m x 8m, which must also accommodate your vehicle so the maximum size of tent you can fit on this pitch is 5m.
Off Grid Campervans / Roof Tent Boxes / Tents - Maximum permitted tent size 7m, which allows room for your vehicle/awning/gazebo etc within the pitch.

Really clean and well kept site. Will most definitely return. Really good base for exploring the surrounding area. The only criticism I have is. We were in pitch 91 - fully serviced. Due to the way you have to pitch you caravan the electric and water is fairly far away. Although this is a fully serviced pitch, your electric and water post is shared with the pitch next door but unfortunately it is not in the middle. Next time we come we will just need to bring our longer cable.
We only got our first caravan last year and this Park was recommended to us. It has quickly become our favourite so far. For a couple in our 50’s we appreciate the adults only section of the site. Although we enjoy the vibe of a family site. It was lovely to see all the young people enjoying the Easter activities, but we can then go back to our quiet bubble. The site itself has seems to have thought of everything. The showers are immaculate. Always warm and spotlessly clean. There are dog washing facilities as well as a bike wash. The children’s play area looks great and there are some animals to go and visit. Great dog walks straight from the site. The staff are always polite and friendly. The grounds people helped us out massively when we had a problem with our van. We haven’t eaten at the cafe but the food looks good and reasonably priced. As is a pint and a glass of wine! Overall just a well thought out site.
We’ve stayed at st Helen’s a few times now. We love how family friendly it is but not busy. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. We love it so much on our recent visit have decided to store and stay!
Great holiday park with excellent modern facilities,hot showers,heated floor tiles,music playing nice little cafe/pub,huge dog walk and pitches are of good size well spaced out,the only gripe we have is the price of electricity is extortionate..we got there 2.00 pm and got set up and next morning check the meter and we used £10 we only had the fridge,Tv and heating on as being our 1st time away this year so we cut down appliance usage by 2/3 and still used £50 for 8 nights for 2 adults when we are at home it would of cost us £15 for a 3 bed house.....
Fabulous site, all the amenities are great!Pitches great! This our 3rd time here. I would highly recommend this site. From checking in to leaving everything was smooth! Thank you St Helens in The Park staff for another great stay 🥹🥹
Perfect, just maybe a few extra lights at night
We were grateful to have a pitch over the Easter period as pitch 19 was a cancellation but found the pitch very tight for our van once the porch awning was up we struggled to park the car next to the van had we have put the bigger awning up the car wouldn't have fit onto the pitch. Pitch 19 will be avoided for future stays for us.The water in the shower block ran cold half way through my shower twice which was rather unpleasant I was told that the boiler had blown out which I know can happen but at time very annoying. (shower block 3)Other than that as always we had a lovely stay.
