The collection of Luxury Lakeside Lodges each feature their own private hot tub, what better way to immerse yourself in total rest and relaxation surrounded by nature? From romantic two guest lodges with roll top baths, to the stunning Canadian Cedar Log Cabins (imported all the way from snowy British Columbia!), a tranquil break awaits couples, families and friends. There is even the 'Pawprint Chalet', the 4 guest pet-friendly lodge with a hot tub meaning you can bring your furry family on holiday too!
Ream Hills also offers unique and exciting Glamping accommodation for those looking for something a little out of the ordinary. The out of this world Geodesic Domes are an architecturally striking eco-dome, sleeping four or six. Suspended on special platforms out over the lake itself, they give guests a magnificent experience of the tranquil rippling waters, farmland and skies beyond. With all modern luxuries such as central heating, Wi-Fi, super comfortable beds and large smart projector - you can relax and enjoy countryside glamping in style. Each Geodome also has a modern kitchen and bathroom.
In addition to the Domes, charming wooden Glamping Pods, sleeping groups of four and six, are also on offer. Fancy a camping trip but without the hassle of packing a tent and grappling with poles upon arrival? The lovely Pods come complete with underfloor heating, a small but well equipped kitchenette, a TV, comfortable beds and a lovely outdoor decking and picnic bench. There is also a private WC and shower room for each Pod.
Ream Hills is also home to a small Touring Field. With electric hard standing pitches, fully serviced pitches, and seasonal touring pitches, it's the ideal spot to pitch up and enjoy a relaxing weekend. The site is very easily accessible from the M55, being well connected but just tucked away enough for a peaceful break. This is a dog friendly site, but please mention your four-legged friends when booking, as dogs are only permitted on certain areas of the park.
For something a little different, book a stay in the specially converted 1977 Westland Lynx XZ676 helicopter. Up to two adults and two children can be accommodated, with a kitchen area that has a microwave, a small sink and hot and cold running water. There's also a heater, Wi-Fi and a flat screen TV.
Ream Hills is home to The Blackpool Wake Park during high season, which offers incredible water sports and activities on the lake including kayaking, paddle boarding, wake boarding, open water swimming and also a Total Wipe Out style inflatable obstacle course! The wake park also has a licensed lakeside cafe-bar, the perfect spot to enjoy an award winning locally distilled gin or some home cooked lunch and an ice cream in the sun!

Our 1977 Westland Lynx XZ262 has been professionally transformed into overnight accommodation. Sleeping for up to 4 people (2 adults & 2 children).
Our 1977 Westland Lynx XZ262 has been professionally transformed into overnight accommodation.
Imagine the look on the little ones (or big ones!) faces when they discover where they are holidaying – they will even receive a special named certificate to cherish the experience and show their friends.
The Helicopter comfortably sleeps up to two adults and two children in a specially designed double ‘bunk’ at the rear tail, with a pull out sofa bed for the children in the main compartment. There is a small sink area with a kettle, microwave and mini fridge.
Attached to the Helicopter there is a private decking with seating to enjoy al fresco drinks and dining. Use of the nearby on-site toilet and shower block is included.
Please remember to pack any bedding including pillows, a duvet or sleeping bag, sheets and towels you may need during your stay. These are not provided in this Glamping accommodation.

Part of the unique charm of a Geodome is they are completely open plan; the bedroom & living space is all rolled into one. This functional, cosy space includes a large snug corner sofa and 50in Smart TV. It really is the perfect location to snuggle up, relax and enjoy some quiet time.
The bed configuration is: 1 x king size bed, 1 x single bed & 1 x hammock suitable for 1 child up to a height of 120cm (sleeping a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child). Linen and towels are provided. There is also a small sink with running water in each dome, along with full central heating (so no need to pack your thermals!)
Each Lakeside Dome has access to their own private bathroom & kitchenette which is situated just a couple of meters behind the Dome itself. This includes shower and toilet facilities along with a full kitchen (fridge, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle etc…) and a small dining area. There is also a decked area around the dome with patio furniture for those hot summer nights in the tranquil countryside.
Each dome has a unique interior theme, you will be wanting to return to experience each one! All our accommodation is self-catering therefore you will need to bring everything else that you require with you to enjoy your stay.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets in the Domes. All accommodation is strictly non-smoking. Free WiFi (adequate for basic browsing).
We require a security deposit of £100 to be preauthorised from the booking holder’s credit/debit card at check in, which is refundable following your departure and only chargeable in cases of damages or excessive mess. The additional security amount is not shown on the booking so please bare in mind this will be applied when you arrive to check in for your holiday.

Nice lodge, well appointed, kitchen good.Easy short drive into Blackpool, Supermarket nearby. Friendly staff, maintenance man came to fix shower in good time and was very helpful.Stayed in Blackmore - Woodland View - No woodland view (just a hedge) but view of lake between lodges in front... Lake View have nicer views and Hot Tub view. Could do with instructions for Hot Tub (what did all the dials do... Think we worked out in end).
We booked for a weekend stay, unfortunately we couldn't go because one of our dogs was very ill. I emailed to say we couldn't attend and asked if we could rearrange, not even a reply. I rang the campsite the morning we were due to go and explained why. I was told I would have to wait for a reply to my email, still waiting for a reply. Poor service
This is our 2nd visit here for Xmas. The holiday homes are well equipped, very clean and tidy .Good clean hot tub,site, shop and lake all clean and tidy staff helpful. It's only downside was poor Wi-Fi and tv that wouldn't let you cast to and kept losing signal. Blackpool centre under 20mins away which is good for pubs,restaurants and shopping. Will be booking again if we can get our dates.
Definitely not value for money. We would normally go in the hot tub but the general cleanliness of the lodge and park put us off going in all together. When we arrived we re-configured the sofas so that they were facing the TV only to find lots of dirt, dust, rubbish (litter) and some dirty socks left under the sofa by previous visitors. There were grubby fingerprints on wall art/photos and the table/place mats were sticky.We (thankfully) brought our own fairy liquid and some disinfectant spray so that we could wash all the plates and cutlery before using them as many clearly hadn't been cleaned properly (brown stains in the cups, a sticky bread knife).We were only supplied with a few the dishwasher tablets for a noisy leaking dishwasher.There were holes in the towels provided. Only plastic glasses.The wifi was incredibly poor and slow so no point in having a smart tv.No welcome pack, safety posters and instructions for the oven missing.
The lodge was perfect for our family to celebrate Christmas together, It had everything we needed to cook the Christmas dinner. The lodge was big enough for the kids to play and the adults to sit and chill and enjoy the scenery, the hot tub as always was a big hit with the adults. We will definitely be returning
We enjoyed our little stay with our dog. It was cosy in the lodge but it wasn’t clean at all! The floors hadn’t been cleaned and everything was covered in dust even where you sleep.We also had to re-wash everything (pots cutlery etc ). It wasn't worth the money you pay and only made it worth it really for the hot tub. You can’t walk from site so everything was a car journey away although we did go to the Beach and had some great walks it would have been nice to have been able to walk from site. Based on the above we wouldn’t return.
We have been coming here for 6 years , we have a early Christmas weekend , fun , chilled in an excellent setting
We loved Ream Hills. It was the first trip we did with our new caravan and the pitch and facilities were perfect for us to learn. The shower and toilet block was very clean and warm. The booking in process was nice and simple and the staff very pleasant. It felt like a really nice community and all other guests were very friendly and happy to help if needed, we even had a lovely guest jump start our car when it failed to start one morning!!A lovely place to stay and to bring the dogs we will definitely be back and it is also very good value for money.
Site was very accessible, receptionist was welcoming and helpful. Amenities were well maintained, clean and easy to access. Price for the 3 nights was fair, visited Lytham for the day.Overall a pleasant and relaxing stay.
