Only negative is the very bad road leading to the site which is full of pot holes, this desperately needs repairing but is the responsibility of the local authority

We have stayed many times at Mowbreck Park and will stay again. It is such a lovely quiet site just off the motorway with easy access to Blackpool and Lancashire countryside with friendly residents and helpful staff

Easy to find. Remote enough for piece and quiet but easy access to all the attractions of the Fylde coast

The site was pleasant although let down by a lack of parking space and many empty caravan concrete bases. The actual caravan we stayed in was quite spacious but badly designed. No chest of drawers in the main bedroom even though there was sufficient room. The bathroom had no shelf or cabinet for toiletries resulting in items having to be left on the floor or in the shower. The shower itself was a death trap. The floor was so slippery that one attempt was enough to put you off using it. The seating in the lounge section was alright for two but if four adults stayed it would be hopeless. On the first Sunday of our stay we had the delight of some prat opposite deciding to mow his grass at a quarter to nine. No doubt he couldn't sleep so no one else would. On the plus side the staff were pleasant enough and despite the weather we had an enjoyable holiday.

Booking was easy,greeted well,Very pleasant and peaceful stay.No internet or tv services,lucky I had netflix login.Very clean site but empty plots overgrown letting site down.dog friendly and NO dog pooh anywhere to be see.All residents very nice and welcoming.Static was clean but not really clean.Minor hygiene things but not a real issue.Hoover a bit tired.overall I would definitely recommend a stay.We will be back to stay and to move on eventually.

If u want to return to a peaceful park after visiting Blackpool and st. Anne’s lytham etc ,all 20 minutes away. this is the park for you.

Clean, comfy, spacious, well maintained caravan on a very quiet site.Peaceful relaxing holiday but within easy reach of many attractions.Communication could be improved on regard answering telephone or installing a answering machine and checking messages sent by social media more frequently.

The caravan was good, parking/driving on the site is not good, like an obstacle course.The site is in the right place for us as it is near our grandkids, but not close to attractions if that is what you want.

First impression wee good, check in was efficient. Caravan was clean, warm and well equipped.Only problem was car parking which was very limited.But would return without doubt

Just returned from a wonderful, relaxing week at mowbreck holiday park.wonderful, immaculate and very quiet park. Lovely walks with dog just what we needed to recharge the batteries.Beautiful caravan with enclosed decking very safe for our wee dog. Will definitely return.Only slight downside although caravan was clean could of been cleaner. Just a wee bit more attention to detail (fridge needed a wipe inside, glass doors and TV covered in doggy nose prints and hand prints. Blinds dusty, and around sink walls toothpaste marks) above mentioned to management and they offered to reclean but as I say it was just few bits so didn't feel it warrantied a reclean. Only saying as caravan and park is beautiful and staff great just would be a shame for it to be let down by small niggles.Would still 100% recommend and can't wait to return.Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
