Not much to say except that the site is well kept and the Warden (Tracy) is very helpful. One comment made by my wife is thatthe floor in the ladies' showers seemed dirty. Don't do what I did on leaving the park . . . making an utterly stupid error and drivinginto the overhead barrier causing a costly bit of damage to our caravan. That'll teach me.

We stayed at the site for a few days and were very happy with the cleanliness of the site and the shower blocks were very clean and regularly attended by the cleaners. Every one spoke to us and dogs were controlled and kept on leads.

Excellent location just of the motorway . Excellent bus service just outside the campsite .Very tranquil and quiet on the park .

First impressions was what a lovely clean site with very good size pitches. Enough room for a caravan, awning and car parked beside.Quiet site with an outside bar and small shop.Our pitch was near the children’s play area, as we had our granddaughter with us, she loved it, though a little too far from the facilities if your in a hurry😂.Facilities always looked like they’d just been cleaned regardless of what time you had to visit them. Shower’s operated on a push button which slowly releases so you can keep a constant flow of hot water. If I had to be really picky, personally found the shower heads to spray the water a little over too wide an area, I prefer something a bit more direct. Overall a lovely site 15 mins from Blackpool, looking forward to returning in September with 2 more granddaughters.

We spent 4 nights here in July. It has become an annual stop off for us in Lytham area, when returning home to Scotland from Devon.A lovely quiet relaxing site. Although there is a kids area, you would hardly know, as at end of park. Excellent facilities and dog walking area. Very courteous and helpful staff. Good location for access to Lytham, St Annes and Blackpool. Fully serviced flat hardstanding pitches, only problem trying to get a peg into the ground for awning. Make sure you've heavy duty pegs.

Fully serviced pitches very generous spaces. Very nice and helpful staff. Good dog walking area and close to Blackpool and main routes.Best toilet block I’ve ever used 👏👏.

nice quiet park with good dog walk.good bus service into blackpool if you wanted to go only major fault was we paid for the wi fi and it was rubbish but finally got my money back after complaining to the company that supplies it

Fantastic site as a base. The site was one of the best we have been on. Quiet and exceptionally tidy with a relaxing pub area on site. The toilet block was next level clean..pine fresh in the toilet bowl practically every time regardless of how many people were there. The showers were immaculately clean with a mop bucket with clean water and mop to use after use. The radio playing in the toilet was a nice touch as it added to your privacy whilst using the area. The two workers, think Tracy was the lady and gent couldn't do enough for you, absolute gems. Unfortunately we found blackpool and Lytham St Anne's rundown and not a lot to do. We witness drug taking on the streets and a man stop get out of his vehicle go to vehicle behind try to smash the windows and then smash the wing mirror of in blackpool. In the evening it did not feel safe in blackpool. Though from the site we travelled to Liverpool and Manchester, good road system and easy to access. Excellent site as a base.

One of the best caravan sites we have stayed on facilities where first class and staff where amazing especially Tracy who helped us out on numerous occasions xx
