The site has amazing facilities and is always spotless. The staff are friendly and accommodating. One of our favourite sites.

This is a quiet, easy to get to site on the outskirts of Blackpool. It is a fully serviced site and all pitches are level and easy to access. It actually feels like it was designed by someone who has used a touring caravan due to a load of different factors such as this and things like the shower block not closing until 2pm (I’m looking at you caravan club) which means you can pack up then have a shower before you leave. The shower block is immaculate with underfloor heating and is routinely cleaned. The staff are lovely. There is a small shop with basics if you’re stuck but Tesco is 2 minutes away by car. There is a dog walk on site. It feels really safe. I’d thoroughly recommend this site. I never really noticed any negatives so I’d look at other reviews in case we never noticed anything.

We always use this site for our holidays. The wardens are first class and everything is spotless.We like the fact that it is number plate recognition and each plot is big with all services.

Great site spotlessly clean with welcoming staff.Superb location for St Anne’s and Lytham.Although really handy for the motorway it’s very quiet and relaxing. We would definitely use again.

Excellent facilities throughout, could not be better!

We stayed at Pipers for 8 years on a seasonal pitch, which speaks for itself,we only left because of medical reasons,we thoroughly recommend the site.

We have been to Pipers Heights Caravan Park in our tourer quite a number of times now, but this year we went on a fully serviced seasonal pitch and it was brilliant.The site is always clean and the shower block is fabulous.Tracy and the team are all lovely people, friendly, chatty and always helpful.This is an ideal spot in between Blackpool and St Annes. The dog adores the beach at St Annes and the grandchildren love Blackpool. We love the tranquility of sitting by the caravan enjoying a glass or two of wine.Winner winner all round.
