Excellent overall

Booked a two night stay with 3 of our grandchildren to visit the illuminations, the park is immaculately kept and the shower facilities are the best we have seen with underfloor heating. The wardens are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. We would definitely choose this park if we visit the area again, very easy to get back to the motorway and a regular bus service just outside the lane. Very enjoyable stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very large pitches, all hard standing and fully serviced and all grounds very well kept. Facilities were emasculate at all times. Small playground. Dog walk and even a doggy shower for after. Reception also housed a small shop for essentials.The site is about 10 minutes drive to the centre of Blackpool. We visited the illuminations.What more could you need?

We were heading up to Blackpool for the Ballroom Experience at the Tower and to see the lights, and wanted to stay somewherewith easy access to Blackpool - well we really did pick the right Holiday park !! Having a Motorhome, we did not want to ventureinto Blackpool with it and the Bus service was excellent and only approx 10 min walk from the site entrance.From the spacious serviced pitches, the 5 star toilet facilities, the extremely well maintained site and the fact that you could pick your ownpitch before you arrived really did make our long weekend one to remember.Would we go again - absolutely yes !!

Well maintained site, toilets and showers were so clean, the music playing was a nice touch.Staff helpful and pleasant Pitches very large, outdoor bar very welcoming Bus stop within walking distance to take you to Blackpool Will definitely be returning

Visited for 3 nights in touring caravan to spend time with friends staying on a different site.Route from M55 very easy. Lovely first impressions as entrance area was immaculate as was the whole of the site. Very friendly welcome from reception with local info given and directed to pitch. Ample sized super pitch for caravan, awning and car. Site lovely and quiet even though busy. Showers and toilets were excellent:always open and spotlessly clean throughout the stay. Unfortunately, we never managed to get to the ”Drunken Stag” the site bar because the site was so convenient to everywhere we were never on site at their opening times. That will be a must for next time.A little expensive compared to some but worthwhile. Thank you Pipers Height for a lovely break.

Well maintained site with spotless facilities friendl helphul staff..Local bus route within walking distance. Lytham St Anne's Blackpool Preston all within a short drive or bus journey.Have visited this site before and will return excellent site.

Great site. Spotless facilities. Friendly staff. Good sized pitches. Will definitely be back. Been there 3 times now and always been impressed by the standards that are always kept up. Would recommend to anybody.

Pipers Height touring caravan park is excelllent with very big pitches and the facilities block is immmaculate and cleaned 3 times daily. Good location for exploring the area and only several minutes to get into Blackpool. Would highly recommend Pipers Height tourer park.

The site was perfect for us, quiet enough but still with plenty of children for ours to play with. The park was great for our little ones, and the pub onsite was worth a visit too. The amenities were immaculate and catered for everything we needed. The location was ideal, 10 mins from all the places we wanted to visit, and a local bus service if we needed one. It was easy to access and quick to find from the motorway too. The only negative thing about the site, was when we arrived, because we tow our caravan with a camper, we were told we’d have to park it in the car park at the top of the site, and not next to our caravan! I was quite shocked at this as it’s just our daily vehicle. It turned out we didn’t have to do this, but it made the arrival a bit of a negative experience.
