Have been to this site a number of times and always return. Very well kept site always clean & tidy. Clear large pitches with pitch number booked in advance. Toilet block very well maintained in fact fabulous facilities. Wardens always around the site, very friendly & helpful.

One word brill

Fantastic site, huge play areas, large pitches, little bar with limited opening hours so as not to become too rowdy. Clean facilities, lovely staff. The only thing that let it down a little was the price. £140 for two nights was a little steep, we’ve found other sites with the same facilities elsewhere for almost half the price.

3rd visit to Pipers HeightsEasy to get to from motorway , great location with access to Blackpool and lytham Pitches are great , shower blocks amazing complete with dog showerFriendly staff , outdoor bar area nice to catch up with other people , barman freindly Good area to walk dog Always reccomend Piper Heights and be back later in year

We were late arriving due to traffic and the warden rang to see how long we would be then he could welcome us in as it was our first stay there.This site was immaculate from the outside maintenance to all of the facilities there.The pitches were a great size,again well maintained.Our pitch was a fully serviced pitch which is always a plus.We were facing the play area which is also great for children of all ages.There was a short dog walk too which we used but it was a little boggy due to the weather(can’t be helped) we used the dog wash and that was great too.We didn’t venture off the site itself so unsure of what activities are around but it wasn’t a long drive into Blackpool from there.I would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

As always, an excellent stay at Pipers Heights. Exceptionally clean, exceptionally friendly, awesome shower's an toilets.Massive pitches with water and waste. Park for the kids, and a lovely outside bar with a beautiful seating area.Didn't want to come home, I always come from there totally relaxed.First class.

Wood of love to of stayed other night but the pitch was bizzy and nice to relax after bizzy job nice quiet all most dog stay on leads and bar was open more am coming again in September this is 4 time know if u like it quiet this is for u and people friends and staff brilliant

Site is always clean & tidy. Wardens are lovely. Very helpful. Only 15 minutes from the beach & towns. Large supermarket not far away. Facilities clean & warm. Nice child area.

Price increase is ridiculous. A whopping £10 per night increase on last year's fees. It's a nice site but £47 per night. Really?

GREAT LOCATION, JUST OFF MWAY, EASY ACCESS, LARGE, FULLY SERVICEABLE HARD STANDING PITCHES. CLEAN SITE, AREAS AND FACILITIES. REQUIRES WELLIES FOR DOG WALK AS PRETTY WATER LOGGED BUT MAY BE TIME OF YEAR AND THE AMOUNT OF RAIN WE HAD OVER THE WEEKEND. LONG CABLES & PIPES REQUIRED AS ELECTRICITY & WATER POINT IS ONE BETWEN 2 PITCHES SO IF YOUR NOT ON THE PITCH CLOSEST TO IT YOUR THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF YOUR PITCH SO THE LENGTH IS REQUIRED TO REACH IT. FRIENDLY & HELPFUL SITE SECURITY MAN. HEIGHT RESTRICTION ON CARPARK WAS CLOSED WHICH WOULD BE FINE FOR MOST VEHICLES BUT WITH A DEFENDER WITH ROOF BARS WE COULDN'T GET IN AND OUT SO REQUESTED IT WAS LEFT OPEN UNTIL THE 10PM CURFEW SO WE COULD GO OUT. ROADWORKS AROUND AREA BUT INTO BLACKPOOL AND LYTHUM WASN'T AN ISSUE.
