We stayed at Pipers for 8 years on a seasonal pitch, which speaks for itself,we only left because of medical reasons,we thoroughly recommend the site.

We have been to Pipers Heights Caravan Park in our tourer quite a number of times now, but this year we went on a fully serviced seasonal pitch and it was brilliant.The site is always clean and the shower block is fabulous.Tracy and the team are all lovely people, friendly, chatty and always helpful.This is an ideal spot in between Blackpool and St Annes. The dog adores the beach at St Annes and the grandchildren love Blackpool. We love the tranquility of sitting by the caravan enjoying a glass or two of wine.Winner winner all round.

Great site with excellent facilities, very clean, good size pitches all with hard standing, all pretty level making set up such an easy task.ideally located between blackpool and Lytham, several supermarkets with in a few miles, essentials availible on site.very friendly staff, the toilet block sets the standard for most other sites clean spacious, warm and modern.Pipers Height is well worth a visit.

We absolutely love this park been coming since the 70,s seen lots of changes & growth but throughout these changes it has remained a lovely friendly site.From the moment you arrive you feel at home & relaxed the reception staff are welcoming & friendly the wardens are like friends the grounds are immaculate as indeed the showers & toilets are it's no wonder we coming back the 5 star rating is just that if we could give 10 we would see you next year

We have just had our first season on a seasonal pitch having stayed here on a touring pitch many times. The site is well managed by Tracey and Russell who are always polite and extremely helpful. Pleased to have crossed over to seasonal pitch and looking forward to many happy weekends and short breaks in the coming seasons

Did appreciate all the clean & tidyness of grounds & shower block . Location to Blackpool is good. The only thing I was concerned about was the price of camping . While I do realise the price of everything going up in price it's making what was a reasonably priced holiday for families out of bounds so for site owners less bookings .

We love this peaceful beautiful park. The facilities are immaculate. The park is well maintained. The staff are lovely and very welcoming. It’s a great place to get to St Anne’s, Lytham and Blackpool. There is a bus stop just 5mins walk from the site to travel into Blackpool and other areas. Also a place to have Sunday carvery just down the road. Amazing site.

Very clean site, great pitches and the staff (assume the owners) were welcoming. The kids enjoyed playing on the two play areas. Very easy access to the site.It would have been good to have the outdoor bar area open as this looked like a nice set up but understand this is opened on certain days. The only other area which I would suggest a slight change would be to have a light on the Elsan point. Luckily I did have a torch but would have been difficult to empty the toilet otherwise.Overall, a pleasant stay and would use again for short stays.

Lovely well kept site staff very friendly great dog walking area kids play area the shower and toilet block was immaculate best I've been in .short walk to bus stop also large big pitches

Nice site shame about the crap bus service
