Very impressed with Moss Wood. We stayed on the Tourer site but was with our daughter and family who stayed in a friend’s Static. The site was well organised and very clean. The shower and toilet facilities were well appointed and cleaned very well.My only negative was that the tourer vans were fairly close together but for a weekend it was fine.

No problem reaching this site despite despite some narrow lanes, there are plenty of passing bays. We were greeted by friendly staff who made are stay more relaxed. Toilet/shower blocks are modern and kept clean, there is a warden on site and a barrier for entry/exit giving a sense of security, the whole park is well maintained, a massive play/picnic area is close by as is the two fishing lakes. A shop on site is handy for your essentials, looking forward to another stay in the near future. Thank you moss wood.

Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. The staff were bright and friendly. To be welcomed with a smile into a safe clean environment made us feel welcomed and valued. We will definitely be returning.

Excellent facilities, very clean and plenty of room for children with two playgrounds and a huge recreation field.

We had a lovely relaxing stay here. The site is large & very well maintained with beautiful flowers growing everywhere. The toilet/ shower blocks are very clean and the showers were powerful. There were hairdryers to use but we didn't try them out.The clean water & disposal areas were tidy as was the recycling area. We found everyone very friendly & our pitch was well serviced too. The onsite shop was really well stocked with fresh & frozen foods. We didn't buy anything so can't comment on prices.The site is about 5 moles from the nearest pub which is welcoming & has a lovely large garden at tge back. Garstang is about 8 miles away with a good selection of shops pubs restaurants & things to do.All nine all a great choice for a staycation!

Site easy to get to from any direction on arrival and the hole stay all of staff so friendly and helpful couldn't do enough. We had a trip to wallings ice-cream spot on can't. Wait to get back .

It is a lovely site, however the touring pitches are small and you have very little privacy. Due to this I would not return.It is very beautifully maintained, the toilet block was ok, showers are press to use, my shower urned off every 4 seconds (very frustrating)Staff were really friendly and you can see that they love the site and they do deserve praise for their efforts. Bigger pitches, better showers and all would be wonderful.

Great time again third visit quiet well cared for campsite. Staff friendly and helpful .

Just one complaint the showers you are constantly having to press the button.and when you are busy more showers will be needed.

What's not to like? Spotlessly clean site and facilities, quiet, peaceful, great play areas for children, reasonably priced shop and friendly staff, nice woodland walk. We didn't go off site - we had everything we wanted.
