This campsite has everything you need and nothing you don’t need. Standard of the toilet facilities is very good both in terms of practicalities and aesthetically pleasing. The owner greets you and gives you options of where to pitch. The field is surrounded by some trees but open and bright as well. The proximity to the village is good and there are a couple of nice pubs and a small shop. I would recommend you shop before you come because the nearest shop selling food is about 6 miles away on the road to Grassington. This was one of the best campsites we have stayed on for a long time probably because it does not allow massive motor homes.

The site is very tidy with clean well kept facilities. A good location with great views all around. Nigel is helpful and always on hand if needed. Plenty of walks from the site. Kettlewell is a small village with 3 pubs an ice cream shop a deli and cafe. Would fully recommend. No large motorhomes allowed.

We had a great stay at this campsite. It was very clean, well maintained, and had a lovely peaceful atmosphere. The site was nice and quiet, making it perfect for relaxing. It’s an ideal place for families, with plenty of space for children to play safely. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Campsite is in a stunning setting close to the village, nice clean facilities and fairly level field, was quite when I arrived, second day started filling up (school trip) and I can see the facilities easily being overwhelmed. Also the church clock chimes every 15 minutes.

Lovely. We got set up and went for a walk and a pint. When we got back there was an influx of DofE teenagers setting up. Thought it might lead to a bit of noise but it didn’t. Staff with the teenagers came for a chat to reassure us but there was no need.All was quite well before 11. We had a very peaceful night. Fantastic facilities, nice flat pitch and lovely location. Will be back.

This was my 3rd time at this campsite. A gem! Beautiful field enclosed by a low wall and beautiful trees. Next to the field is a church and churchyard. 3 pubs within 5 minutes. Centrally located in the middle of the Yorkshire Dales. I have already recommended the campsite to several people.
