Fantastic campsite : good value : Great customer service

Had a lovely 4 night stay at KS. Positives - location for walks, restaurant, peaceful, Negatives- having to use code to washrooms every time, only 3 showers for whole site, poor WiFi, small pitch.

We always have a lovely time coming to this campsite, beautiful walk into Settle easy and doable with children! Location is amazing with beautiful views and although we didn’t get to use it this time we love the waterfall! The showers and toilets are always clean and tidy. Pitches are a really good size and can fit a large tent and car on them. We also enjoy the use of the pub too ☺️ This only issue we had was with other people not picking up their dog poo so this ended up on the bottom of our tent as we hadn’t seen it! However this is not a reflection in anyway to the campsite or their facilities and cleanliness! And we will definitely be back!

This was our 4th visit and once again we had a fantastic time. The pitches are spacious, the facilities block is always well maintained. The staff are all very friendly. Would recommend a meal in the Knights Table, the food is fantastic. We also like to walk along the river into Settle and for those brave enough a dip in the river. Already planning our trip back next year.

Staff nice and welcoming on arrival, such a lovely clean site, spacious camp spot, great toilet/shower facilities, plenty for the children to do. walking distance from our favourite waterfall too, ate in the Restaurant there and the food was delicious :) .. all round, fantastic 8 days stay :) would definitely recommend

This was our second visit to Knight Stainforth. On both occasions all the facilities have been spotless and well maintained. We have stayed on the bottom non-electric pitches which are quiet and have plenty of space and lovely views. Showers are hot and free. We all love swimming in the river a few minutes walk from the site . Plenty of space for ball games etc. Loads of great walks in the area from the site and easy access to the 3 Peaks and various other attractions in the Dales. The site has a small shop for essentials and Settle is a 5 minute drive for a range of shops. Staff are welcoming. Would definitely return again.

We enjoyed our stay here. I chose it for the proximity to swimming in the Ribble & it’s very beautiful. We had an enclosed electric pitch. Reception were welcoming & the pub served lovely ale & were very friendly. Very clean facilities

Nice and clean campsite Not enough shower for the size of the campsite ,Staff very friendly unfortunately some campers ignored the quiet time zone,Making noise until 3ish in the morning.
