Park Description

Upwood Holiday Park is set in the Heart of Bronte Country just outside the village of Haworth in West Yorkshire. The park caters for touring, camping, glamping and static holiday homes for hire. The park enjoys panoramic views over the beautiful surrounding countryside. There is a bar/restaurant and small shop onsite. For children, there is an indoor soft play area and games room, as well as a modern outdoor playground. The park also has direct access to various moorland paths, ideal for long country walk with beautiful views.

Touring and Camping: There is a range of hard standing and grass pitches with and without electric hook-up.

Glamping and Yurts: The standard Pods offer more security and protection from the elements than staying in a tent. They are well insulated, have lighting and an electric socket. Holiday Caravans: Upwood Park have a range of holiday caravans available to hire for weekly and short breaks.

Cottage: The onsite cottage 'Quarry Bank House' has three bedrooms and is available for weekly stays all year.

As strange unclear times ahead were developing, and had never ventured out in our”new-to-us” caravan, I searched for something local, and found this little gem! The Bar and restaurant had been put on lockdown the night before! But we had a wonderful time and while it was quite, the staff were really helpful and the site accommodation was spotless. So looking forward to when all this Covid-19 is over and going back to see what we had missed and to say thanks! 👍

We stayed at upwood the day the government closed all pubs and restaurants in the midst of the covid19 epidemic. Let me say this did not impact our time. The children's play area was fantastic, the site exceptionally clean and the staff extremely helpful. We were offered takeaway service from the restaurant and can I say the food was amazing and fantastic value for money. The views of the local area are breath taking. We will certainly be back after this epidemic is over to enjoy everything the site has to offer.

The site is in wide open countryside with plenty of local walks and beautiful scenery. The toilet facilities are absolutely spotless as is the whole site. Club, pub and food available on certain days and times with entertainment at the weekend. Would highly recommend

Haworth is a beautiful village and dog friendly, there’s also so amazing walks in the surrounding Brontë countryside.

The pod was warm, comfortable, had plenty of space for me and my daughter. Reception staff were helpful in directions to find the pod. Our pod was easy walking distance to the children’s play area and the toilet/shower fasciitis. The site was very clean and tidy and we found other people using the site were friendly too. They also had good things to say about the park and come here frequently. A lot of activists a short drove away from the holiday park. We recommend Stump cross caverns and Bolton Abbey. My daughter and I can’t wait to come here again.
