Great location for exploring the area, good views of the area, fabulous sunset on clear evenings. Excellent sized pitch, dog friendly, clean facilities, friendly staff, good food and well equipped onsite shop. We'd stay here again.

Great location for Watergate Bay and coast path to Mawgan porth

My Husband and I visited The View at Watergate Bay in Early May for 2 nights. This was our first tIme to the campsite and first trip with our roof top tent. The site was super quiet and as its fairly small even when its at full capacity im sure it isnt too busy or noisey. Every morning the gentlemen was cleaning the toilets and they were lovely and clean. Just a short walk down to watergate and the coastal path,, Location was perfect as was the view of the ocean /sunset. Highly recommned for a short or long stayThank you!

What can i sayIn the years i have stayed hear Tina & Sam are now friends nothing is ever to much trouble. Shower block is impecable, whashing up stations are the same and love the laundry option. Location is perfect for venturing out or just a stroll to Watergate bay beach.The shop is dead handy and the bar/cafe is ideal

We had a great stay that we actually extended by 3 days. Staff were very l9vely and helpful and the shop is well stocked. Can recommend the croissants and pain au chocolat 😋 Facilities were great and very dog friendly.We visited Watergate Bay a few times which is a 15 minute walk, travelled to Mawgan Porth by bus ,£10 return for 2 adults and drove to Padstow...about a 20 minute drive. Theres a decent Tesco at Padstow too. All in all a great stay and we would definately return and recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our stay at at this site. We have been many time before so we know what to expect. Excellent facilities, friendly staff, fantastic views across watergate bay and beautiful sunsets on clear days. You may also get a good view of some unusual aircraft as they arrive and depart from Cornwall Airport. Two year ago I watched the red arrows come into land and leave the following day.

10/10 spot! Great location, incredible views, super clean facilities, great little shop – not much more you could want! Definitely coming back.

We have been coming here for years ! We like it as it’s a simple site it very clean and well kept ! There is a little shop and a bar which opens at peak times .The walk down to the beach is stunning ! AmazingViews !

I’ve stayed here before and I’ll probably be back in the future, despite apocalyptic weather the pitches were in good condition, the facilities were keen and the bar was a real bonus in the evenings. That a short hop down to watergate make for a top weekend

We stayed on pitch 43 what an amazing view...so beautiful. Cannot fault this site, clean site and immaculate facilities, friendly staff everything was A*. We will definetly be back, so looking forward to it. Our dogs had an amazing time as well.My rating is: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
