This spacious and open plan living area feels extremely modern with its contemporary décor. With its free-standing 3-seater sofa plus 2-seater sofa bed with deep button arms. The pull out couch offers an double bed or a comfy spot to watch its 42" flat screen TV, so you can enjoy your favourite movie in style. Sockets with USB ports for ease of charging devices.

Kitchen/Dining Room

A fully well-equipped kitchen that is stylish and roomy. There are 3 large appliances: a dishwasher, oven & stove. The fridge/freezer combo is the size of a standard kitchen unit which means it will be perfect for food storage while on stay and leaves lots of space in your home at home. Free-standing dining room table and chairs with feature pendant lighting completes the modern look.

Master Bedroom

The spacious bedroom features a 5'0" king sized bed with deep button headboard, reading lights and a wall-mounted television. The bedroom has ample storage with its built in wardrobes and very importantly has its own separate toilet and washbasin. All duvets & pillows are provided.

Twin Bedroom

This caravan contains two single beds with storage. It also has duvets and pillows so you are ready to sleep when you arrive.

Bathroom

The unit is equipped with a large shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

Outside

There's a parking space next to the caravan and picnic table and bench where you can enjoy alfresco dining.

The kitchen is well-appointed with a full-size oven and 4 burners, an integrated full sized fridge/freezer. It includes dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a free-standing dining room table with four chairs for your use during the stay.

Master Bedroom Suite with En-suite Shower

You will sleep soundly on your plush king sized bed & beds made up for your arrival. Wardrobes and drawers give you ample storage for clothing, as well as a dressing table and hairdryer. There is a flat-screen TV in these rooms as well for entertainment purposes. Leading from your bedroom is your own en-suite bathroom containing WC & wash basin.

This room has two single beds with pillows and duvets and again bedding provided.

We are in a wonderful position with sea views on West Dunes, the caravan has a wrap around decking area where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer and sit back and see and hear the ocean. The walkway to the beach is a stones throw away.

Our caravan offers full central heating and double glazing, plus an Electric fire in the living area. From our living area we have French doors leading onto a wonderful decked area, which includes patio furniture; perfect for chilling or keeping the smaller child in a safe and secure area. 

Within our living area we have 2 free standing sofas, one of which folds out into a double metal action spring bed so our caravan can comfortably sleep 6 persons (no more). There is also a dining table and 4 chairs, a coffee table, 2 footstools, a 42" Smart TV and WIFI.

The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, an integrated fridge/freezer and all crockery and cutlery.

Within the shower room there is a double width shower, WC and wash basin.

Our caravan has 2 bedrooms the master bedroom has a king sized bed with domestic mattress, wardrobe, very roomy dressing area with mirror and stool, and an en-suite shower and wc with wash basin and storage. Our second bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe and lots of storage. We can also supply our own travel cot.

We provide duvets, pillows and mattress protectors (please use them). You would have to bring your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels.

Outside we have our own 2 car parking bay.

All gas and electric is included in your hire.

Our position within the site Cribbar Cove provides you with access to amenities within a few minutes yet retains tranquility. Ocean views are Beautiful from this caravan. Our plot itself is spacious with a large grass area all the way round.

From the glorious & spacious west facing balcony enjoy a glass of wine in the evening sunshine on the rattan patio furniture. The decking also wraps around the side to provide ramp access.

The French Patio Doors give access to the large veranda/balcony directly from the lounge which has a bench table and recliner chairs, so you can sit down, relax and enjoy the panoramic sea views and sun sets.

As this is a 2 bed van, but still 40ft X 14ft (20% larger than most vans), this means the lounge, dining and kitchen space is extremely large, as is the master bedroom.

The balcony is an “addition” to the 40X14ft, whereas some vans have the balcony is built into it therefore giving you even less space!!
