Everything thought of down to little things such as hole cut out to hang hose in elsan disposal area. Highlight for us was having the gated dog area and fantastic walks from site.Lovely welcome on arrival along with a quiet peaceful night.

This campsite is a must for anyone looking for a peaceful escape, a very friendly welcome on arrival, into a lovely little reception area with homemade treats such as cakes, sometimes fudge, human and doggy ice cream, each pitch is set in the Woodlands, well spaced giving you a very peaceful and shady break, listening to birdsong. As a dog owner, I am very impressed with the off lead area, a well maintained woodland area, with plenty of room for dogs to run and play, there is even a notice on the gate which you flip to indicate if your dog would like company or not. It has immaculate, well equipped facilities, a laundry room/kitchen area, toilet/shower block, washing up area that provides washing up liquid dish cloths/brushes/sponges. There is a dog wash area and Chemical Disposal Point. Can't recommend it highly enough 😀

The facilities are amazing so clean with toiletries, the camp is well kept, quiet and peaceful. The dog run is to die for my puppy absolute loved it the freedom it gave her there is even free poo bags if you forget yours. To be woken up to bird song is beautiful.Only down side apart from having to leave is the road noise but that didn’t bother us. Defo will be back question is when?Thank you for a lovely stay

Lovely wooded setting, free to use dog park on site. Extremely clean facilities and surroundings. A little haven for wildlife, birds, squirrels etc. a welcoming reception, cakes, I've creams etc available if you choose. Very well run. Note. The pitches have their own metered electric which is only charged a small rate per unit. We ran an air con until for 2 days on and off and the cost for all the electric including the Aircon was just over £4.50 for the whole duration.

We had a great stay at Woodland Caravan Park. The owners are very hospitable and welcoming, the facilities are excellent and spotlessly clean, and the woodland setting is peaceful with well-spaced pitches. The seasonal pitch occupants were also very friendly, making us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!

A beautiful site, in cool woodland. The facilities are spotless and the staff are just the right amount of friendly. Sadly we’ve sold our caravan but we wished we had discovered it years ago.

A lovely well kept site with a very friendly owners who kept the facilities spotless. Weather was great so managed a bbq. , would recommend.

Lovely campsite, incredibly clean, nice walks and shaded.

The site is immaculate with lots of little touches that really make a difference. Wardens are super friendly and helpful. Definately in my top 3 sites so far this year. We have already booked to go back.Walking from the site was perfect and our dog had a fab time too.

Located close to Ashbourne, plenty of shops nearby, friendly staff and very clean facilities. Highly recommend!
