We absolutely loved our stay here, the spacious pitches were fabulous, surrounded by trees made it super tranquil. The toilets and showers were immaculately clean! Loved the little touches like the vase of flowers in there. We also thought the book and dvd room was fabulous! The enclosed field for our little pooch to run free was brilliant, cannot wait to return. Highly recommend, the best campsite we have stayed at! Also the owner is lovely, made us feel at home.

What can we say.... it's just the perfect site! Perfectly placed for the Peaks. Its a fabulous site, with fantastic facilities that are regularly cleaned throughout the day. The terrific owners Dave & Ruth really care about the site and the needs of everyone who visits with every visitor escorted to their pitch upon arrival. Even the dogs are looked after with a clean, secure dog walk which Luna, the campsite dog loves nothing more than having a run about in. There's even a supply of poo bags should you forget to bring one, so no excuse not to clean the area clean.. Although no shop on site, the owners do have a small stock of supplies in reception including a fabulous range of cakes, biscuits and ice creams! All in all you can't fail but to have a great time whilst visiting Woodlands Caravan Park...we certainly have for the last three years we've been visiting .... thank you to Dave, Ruth and Luna for this hidden Adults Only gem!

Cleanest campsite I have stayed at. The owners obviously pay a lot of attention to detail and were always happy to help. I have already recommended to friends and family and will be back again in the future.

Lovely quiet site very clean and very friendly staff.

A beautiful, peaceful place. Great facilities - everything you could wish for - with little additional extras. The owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Snelston is a beautiful village in lovely countryside with fantastic walks. And the town of Ashbourne, a short drive away, provides everything (and more than) you might need.

Very welcoming, lovely setting, very clean facilities and a small dog paddock to use whilst you stay. Metered electric but very very reasonable with no overpricing.

Very friendly site and staff are wonderful and very welcoming, the facilities, toilets showers, waste area and pots and pans cleaning areas are soooooo clean, cleanest I've ever known.Dog friendly with secure dog area to let your pooch loose with no worries.Short drive to a decent chippy and shops.

This is a fabulous Adult Only site. Toilets/showers are spotless, the pitches are set out really well and plenty of room. There is a dog walking enclosure which you can let your dog off the lead for a run about. Dave and Ruth who run the site are fabulous people who make you feel so welcome...This site is our go to when we want a weekend away. You won't be disappointed.

Lovely owners just my kind of site tranquil and peaceful with the loveliest of clean and warm toilets and showers. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning.
