I was not pre advised about the shower and toilet blocks being refurbished and having to use temp facilities i was also not advised my pitch would be overlooking a skip customers should be informed at the time of booking and not when they turn up. I did go to the reception to voice my opinion and concerns but no one seemed interested and i was not offered anything in the way of compensation should not be charging full price when not offering what is advertised. Was very quick in sending me multiple messages about the new catering facilities on site but no mention of ongoing works and skips etc Very disappointed expected better communication and the offer of some money back which was not forthcoming nor was a letter of apology nor did anyone come and feedback my comments whilst i was on site I will wait and see if i get a response to my feedback Kind Regards

We have stayed several times value for money we took advantage of £25 for 4 nights pity the weather wasn’t great the Wi-Fi really good could use our fire stick for all our tv shows.Bacon baps the day we left enjoyed the new food facilities.Showers and loos always nice and clean. Hope to be back in August.The bus being just at the end of the road easy for leaving the car and using our bus passes to get to Liverpool and into Southport wonderful.Shirley Lowe

The welcome we received at the reception was so friendly..Lisa was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything, even places to eat and drink away from the site.They've got a coffee caravan run by Carl and Liann. Really reasonable prices and not expensive considering it's the only one there We met Vicki who's so helpful too and nothing was too much for her. Overall we had the best experience and would most definitely stay again..A massive thank you to all the staff at Willowbrook, keep up the good work

Really enjoyed our stay at Willow bank. We stayed for 5.nights. All the staff were absolutely lovely felt like friends. They were also very helpful. The site is immaculate and although shower block is being updated the portacabin showers and toilets were lovely, clean and always hot! People say about road noise but we didn't really notice it much. The site is very handy for visiting nearby beaches and also getting to Liverpool. We choose the train and took about 30-40 mins. Would definitely stay again.

A great site, big pitches, good facility’s and very helpful staff. One minor piece of negative feedback…people seemed to walk across other people’s pitches with no regard to privacy.

We stayed at Willowbank Holiday Park for 5 days in our caravan and were happy with almost everything — clean facilities, friendly staff, and a peaceful setting. However, we were concerned about the barbed wire on the dog run. Our dog chased a rabbit through the fence and could have been seriously injured. It’s a safety hazard that needs attention.Kostas Inchenko

I have been staying at Willowbank in my caravan for over 30 years. It is very convenient for me to visit relatives nearby.I find the site relaxing with excellent facilities which are always pristine. The staff are most welcoming and helpful.The facilities are excellent with dog walking, conservation areas and play areas.A thoroughly enjoyable site.

When we visited the site was nice and quiet even though the road is close to the site it wasn’t an issue. Temp toilet and facilities were kept clean and fresh during the refurbishment of the toilet block. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Easiest way of checking in to a site via a number plate recognition. Drove straight up to the barrier which opened and let us drive in. Easy as that.

Lovely clean site, shower block and toilets were being refurbished so we couldn't use them but they did have lovely clean portacabins so no issues. Great pub 10 min walk away lovely food and drinks
