From the moment we went through the gates we were welcomed all the security was explained how to hook up the electric systems the showers and toilet 🚽 were immaculate a great site BUT you need a car we walked into Pickering and back a long way and you get to see the Owls

Stayed a couple of night in our motorhome in April 26. Site is immaculately maintained. Pitches are large and well separated. Ours felt almost like a private garden. Owners are friendly and welcoming. Very peaceful and great base for exploring the surrounding area. We would definitely return if in the area again.

Westgate Caravan park is a lovely campingsite, situated in beautiful surroundings.It offers great opportunities for excursions to place such as Helmsley, Scarborough and Whitby.The site is quiet and gives you at night a real good views of the stars.The owners are very friendly and do everything to make your stay a pleasant one!

We only stayed one night the site was beautiful well maintained and clean and tidy and the pitches were well spaced out.

Great site, immaculately kept. It’s lovely to have animals and nature around you.

I received a very warm welcome on arrival and was very impressed with the landscaping. The whole site was in pristine condition and a real joy to stay on. Lovely walk into Pickering which is about 1.5 miles. It was very peaceful and the added bonus were the free roaming chickens and a field of Alpacas.

I am in my 70's and all I want from a site is a peaceful stay with clean facilities and a dog walk for my little furry friend.Westgate Carr Farm has all of this and more.Excellent facilities, beautiful views all round and the best walk ever.The owners Dave and Karen are a lovely couple and can't do enough for you.A beautiful adult only site.

On arrival I found the site very neat and tidy with extra touches like hanging baskets and pot plants.The site has a very nice place to walk your dog off the site.There was some lovely alpacas which we loved visiting every day. The toilets were very clean but shame you had to pay extra to use them.I also took advantage of the fresh eggs you could purchase from their free range chickens.Also love visiting the goldfish in their on site pond.

Immaculately maintained and surrounded by glorious countryside and wildlife. In easy walking distance of Pickering which is a lovely village.

Had a lovely stay at Westgate. Nice, quiet site with excellent amenities. So much to do within the area. We also went a little further afield in the car and visited castles, stately homes and the Holy Isle. We also took the train to Edinburgh too ! Great holiday and we’ll be back to Westgate!!
