Brilliant staff and site is spotless. So quiet and relaxing

Excellent value for money , friendly and welcoming owners and a great away from it all location close to the town of Bala , on a working farm .I stayed for a week mid October for a weeks fishing and will happily stay again .The showers were excellent .

I've challenged myself to climb all the Welsh mountains over 2,000ft. I only live 1 hr and 20 mins away from Ty Isaf, but by staying overnight it means I'm that much closer to the Berwyn mountains that were my target for this short break. The site was quiet (mid-week in Sep). The toilets are fine. I didn't use the shower, so I can't comment. I have other walks to do in the area, so I'm sure I will return.

The site was easy to get to and check into. The facilities were kept clean and worked really well. The fridge was also very useful with labels in the fridge to use in case people (like us) forgot. It was also a super beautiful location surrounded by mountains as well as the cows.

Spent a couple of nights here with the grandchildren. They loved the park area. Very relaxing with everything we needed. We will be back

Beautiful location near Bala. We had options on 3 fields on site and choose …unknowingly ….the pitch nearest to the Dairy milking barn but loved it. Check in was efficient and welcoming. There was the option to buy milk direct from the dairy but we didn’t manage to do this and would have loved to have done so perhaps some guidance on this on check in. Caerau Gardens is worth a visit 😊

Good sized , well spaced pitches - easy online booking - clean and functional facilities

What more can you ask for than fresh milk for your morning coffee at camp? This campsite is fantastic - always clean, always easy. Staff are always there if you need and buying fresh milk is a favourite. Don't forget to bring a bottle with you and if you plan ahead you can even see them milk the cows. They're a brilliant family campsite that you'll certainly enjoy using.
