Tudor Caravan Park is a quiet country side park. The park is set in a picturesque location - a short walk away from the world famous Slimbridge Wetlands Centre, right alongside the Gloucester-Sharpness ship canal with the views of the Cotswold Hills in the background.
The park is ideally placed for excellent fishing and easy cycling along the canal towpath. The park offer a variety of Hard Standing Pitches and Grass Pitches with and without electric hook-up.

The Meadow has electric hook-ups on both hardstandings and grass pitches and is open all year round. Suitable for all types of tourers and camping in tents. We keep a large open area in the centre of the meadow so it feels spacious and there is plenty of room for children to play games.
The site has hedging around most of the perimeter with the Gloucester-Sharpness canal running along one side where you may be lucky enough to see a paddle-steamer or the occasional tall ship passing. The Meadow backs onto the canal and has lovely views over the fields towards the Cotswold Hills.
Our main toilet & shower block is centrally located here for easy access.

Finding this gem on the doorstep of WWT Slimbridge is brilliant. Large pitches, good facilities and peaceful. We'll definitely be back; just sorting dates before booking.
We love Tudor Farm Campsite and visit regularly. Whole of campsite is well kept, space on pitches good. You can walk to Slimbtlridge WWT, walk or cycle along canal, eat in the Tudor Arms or Black Cafe and in summer hire canoess etc on canal.
Easy to find campsite lovely location next to canal. Didn’t see any staff at all . Showers were nice and clean but the room wasn’t very warm . It was a very wet weekend and a lot of water on site the pitch next to ours was flooded but we still enjoy the stay.
This is a great site for motor homes/caravans. Each individual pitch is marked out and numbered, and nice and flat!. There is a large shower block which is of a good clean standard (shower pressure isn’t great and buttons have to be pushed in every few seconds). Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Pub onsite (Tudor Arms) is worth a visit for some good priced food. We visited for a short weekend to visit the wetlands centre- it’s less than a 15 minute walk and a brilliant day out.
Pros.Nice stay. Easy booking. Quick check in. Friendly lady on reception. We'll kept grounds. Clean toilets/showers. Great pub at the site entrance. Close to canal towpath. Great walks nearby. ConsRaised prices since our previous stay. Rained all weekend and water got into awning from the ground up. Road quite muddy when wet.
Beautiful location, lovely site and the lady on receipt was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. This was our second visit and are booked to come back again in a few weeks. The Tudor Arms pub and the Black shed next to the site do excellent food. Can’t wait to return.
We enjoy the Campsite itself. It is friendly and well maintained, with bonus of Tudor Inn adjoining it as a bonus for meals out.As birdwatchers we enjoy the late Sir Peter Scott's nearby sanctuary, plus walks along canal towpaths starting just outside Tudor Campsite.
Lovely site but on first impressions you go through the pub car park and it probably needs resurfacing it has seen better days and the entrance gate could look better but once through the gate it is a lovely site. Hot showers and very clean and tidy and well maintained
Thank you for your review and feedback.I am afraid that the car park and lead up to the grate entrance isn't our property so therefore we cannot do anything about it.We hope you enjoyed your stay regardless and choose to visit again sometime.Kind regards
We booked an overnight stop when returning home from the Spain /Plymouth ferry and arrived at 19 00 We were able to get a meal in the adjacent pub and next morning carry on to our storage place it was extremely convenient enabling us to service the van before putting it back in storage We will soon return to enjoy the area for a few days
Long weekend well spent, well managed clean and tidy site including shower block.
