Suitable for family get togethers. Limited access to laundry facilities due to on site staff utilising the machines. Very friendly staff.

This is our “go to” place for Wye Valley and Forest of Dean. Its location is perfect for Symonds Yat. The facilities are always clean and very rarely off or broken. The tent pitches and the hard standings are generous. The owners are brilliant, helpful and courteous. Their breakfast rolls are superb. Nothing to complain about and lots to compliment.

We have been coming to Greenacres at least twice a year for the last 6 years. We love it! The site is well kept and the staff are so welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are kept clean ready for use. The site is in the perfect location for walking or cycling the Forest and a 10 min walk away from Coleford. Looking forward to staying again in 2025!

Wonderful campsite, great welcome and friendly helpful staff. The site is lovely and the facilities are one of the best we have been to, well thought out and relaxing stay. The reception provided cooked food which was a bonus, we had pizza twice during our stay, they were very tasty. The town was lovely people very friendly and plenty of shops to browse through and cafes. We went to a community cafe called Sixteen and had a very tasty breakfast. Rode the bikes into the town to the start of the cycle path with access to forest of dean. We intend to put this campsite on our revisit list, very happy with the price of our stay compared to others.

Shower block very clean. Plenty of rubbish bins well signed. Overall smashing!!

Beautiful campsite close to forest of dean and puzzle woods and not a long walk from town. We enjoyed renting firepits and being in nature. The staff were lovely! We also enjoyed the pizza night on Friday which was a great suprise!

We only stayed one night but found the facilities excellent and had a lovely pitch. Though most pitches were taken there was a peaceful, friendly atmosphere. We had a nice walk along footpaths and over playing fields to the local town where we were made so welcome ( as was our dog) by staff and locals at The Dog House micro pub. They didn't do food but suggested we got fish and chips from the chippy next door to eat in the pub. We will be back.

Brilliant campsite, the pod was warm and cosy the staff were very friendly and I will definitely be returning with my wife and children next time

excellent site well laid out. staff very friendly and helpful. the miners restaurant at Sling good food and excellent value.
