Well organised clean and tidy site. Very friendly and helpful staff. The facilities were very clean and well kept we did not use the potwashing facilities or the launderette but when I looked in I found that they had everything that you could want. The reception area has a small shop area selling local produce as well as camping basics, ice creams and even doggy ice creams and treats. We would definitely recommend this very peaceful site.

Would most certainly recommend, perfect for overnight or longer stays , we will absolutely continue to visit and stay whilst we travel in our Camper - thank you for everything , we thought it was fabulous - particularly like how quiet the site is over night - respectfully driven by the proprietors but very much valued and appreciated.One possible recommendation you may want to consider is introducing a doggy rest bite / toilet area ? Just a thought , I love doges however I am not sure pitching a tent or awning where dogs have relieved themselves is considerate to other campers. Nothing of any significance just food for thought going forward , perhaps designating part of the overflow field could be an option ?

Used Tudor campsite as a half way stop between Sheffield and Beautiful days music festival in Devon. Nice quiet campsite, very clean and tidy and great walks to be had along the canal nearby.

Loved this site, as we were on our way home from a south coast road trip we only stayed the one night. It was gorgeous.Peaceful, lovely green site. Easy access, fantastic restraunt right outside the camp gates and over the road there is a great cafe which sells crafts, think they also have entertainment ie ‘open mic nights’. The cafe runs right alongside a Canal with nice walks..The site toilets/shower blocks are lovely & clean, well maintained.Small site shop sells essentials.Pitch sizes was good.Staff were friendly.Would definately return & recommend

Have visited here a few times it is a lovely site in a peaceful environment with excellent clean shower/toilet facilities and friendly helpful staff. Ideal situation for Slimbridge and canal walks with easy access to local towns and motorways. Super pub adjacent with great selection of food.

What a gem of a site. We went in August and I can’t understand why it wasn’t full… great choice of hardstanding and grass, elec and non electric pitches. Clean shower and toilet facilities. Great location with walks along the canal and bar/cafe at the entrance. The staff are so helpful and friendly, I really can’t fault this site at all. We are looking forward to going again. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

We only stayed for one night in order to visit Slimbridge Wildfowl and Wetlands reserve, which is well worth a visit . It was fine for that. The toilets / washing facilities at the site were clean and adequate. The written instructions on our arrivals were fine. We had a drink in Tudor after our tea, where the staff were very friendly and the drinks good. On the way back north, we called in at Gloucester Cathedral for a tour, which was excellent.

Clean, safe, friendly,...welcoming, don't change anything its simply just wow, can't wait to return
