We had a great stay that we actually extended by 3 days. Staff were very l9vely and helpful and the shop is well stocked. Can recommend the croissants and pain au chocolat 😋 Facilities were great and very dog friendly.We visited Watergate Bay a few times which is a 15 minute walk, travelled to Mawgan Porth by bus ,£10 return for 2 adults and drove to Padstow...about a 20 minute drive. Theres a decent Tesco at Padstow too. All in all a great stay and we would definately return and recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our stay at at this site. We have been many time before so we know what to expect. Excellent facilities, friendly staff, fantastic views across watergate bay and beautiful sunsets on clear days. You may also get a good view of some unusual aircraft as they arrive and depart from Cornwall Airport. Two year ago I watched the red arrows come into land and leave the following day.

10/10 spot! Great location, incredible views, super clean facilities, great little shop – not much more you could want! Definitely coming back.

We have been coming here for years ! We like it as it’s a simple site it very clean and well kept ! There is a little shop and a bar which opens at peak times .The walk down to the beach is stunning ! AmazingViews !

I’ve stayed here before and I’ll probably be back in the future, despite apocalyptic weather the pitches were in good condition, the facilities were keen and the bar was a real bonus in the evenings. That a short hop down to watergate make for a top weekend

We stayed on pitch 43 what an amazing view...so beautiful. Cannot fault this site, clean site and immaculate facilities, friendly staff everything was A*. We will definetly be back, so looking forward to it. Our dogs had an amazing time as well.My rating is: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Friendly excellent staff, well presented site with a high level of cleanliness. Cafe/Bar: Food/value was very good indeed. Bar prices and quality of drinks very good also.I was lucky enough to get a pitch on the front and we were very pleased with the size of pitch and the views ( the sunset in particular.As keen coastal walkers and Watergate Bay being one of our favourite places, the site was perfect for us. I WILL be coming back and have already sent the links to 3 people who share the same interests.Overall,first class.

Fantastic small clean campsite, everyone was really helpful and friendly. The cafe food was lovely and reasonably priced. Lovely beach at Watergate Bay. Would definitely be staying here again.

The campsite is well situated for scenic views of the sea and the coastline to Newquay. The pitches are well spaced, level and spacious.The ablution block is extensive and very clean, also heated. The shop has great coffee and a good range of goods. Staff were efficient and caring and answered all my questions. There is a short walk to the village up the road where you can catch a bus to Newquay or Padstow.

It was a little difficult to find the surfboard and wetsuit washing area based on the onsite map provided. I also didn't have a power cable to connect the electricity so if you had some that could be borrowed from the office that would be super helpful. Lovely views, great water pressure, really great all round, perfect camping spot.
