Off park and off grid camping feld with countryside veiws.
The camping field is of is off-grid wild camping experience where you can get back to basics and enjoy nature. Set of the main park up a lane and across a busy B road, 5-10 minutes walking distance, the camping field has far reaching rural views and five spacious, gently sloping pitches, which allow a level of privacy. Each pitch has its own picnic table. The site is a car free zone, the car park is in the camp field and there are wheel-barrows to transport your kit to and from your pitch. There is plenty of space for kids to run free too.
The camping field is dog friendly but please keep dogs on leads, you can walk your dog of the lead in the dogs walking field.
After a busy day adventuring or relaxing, you’ll be able to sit by the campfire and on a clear night be amazed at how many stars you can see and how vast our skies are. The campsite is a perfect place to experience dark sky's so please bring a torch to help you get around at night as lighting is limited to promote the dark sky's.
Located in the field is a football goal, swing ball and a washroom with 1 toilet, 1 sink and a hot shower. Please be aware this is for the 5 pitches to share.
You also have full use of all the facilities on Redford Caravan Park located down the lane and across the road.

Nothing wrong with the location. Touring area is alot smaller and cramped compared to other sites. Bins were overflowing for the full 6 days we stayed. Toilet block is too small to service the whole site. Whilst recently renovated, the toilets were constantly dirty, especially the ladies. With used sanitary towels left on the floor of the cubical. Whoever said the site is quite and peaceful must be deaf. Whilst we also stayed with our young family so expect some noise from children, the site is full of feral kids shouting and screaming, which is especially prevalent when the clubhouse is open. This is more like a kids club, and come kicking out time at 11 all hell breaks loose. Children are left unattended in the swimming pool to cause carnage. The site rules say to keep noise to a minimum after 11pm. These need re-addressing as other residents see this as open season to make as much noise as possible. One resident decided to have a bonfire. In a word, chavtastic!
The camping field was quiet, calm and very spacious. It was lovely to have the picnic bench and fire pit provided for each pitch and the toilet and shower was clean and well maintained. The pool on the main site was a big hit with our children. We visited the clubhouse on the main site and felt very welcomed. With a pool table, bouncy castle, 2p machines and reasonably priced drinks, it’s easy to keep a range of ages entertained. Thanks for a great stay.
This site is an absolute gem. Lovely and clean. Showers/toilets were the best I've seen. Site nice and quiet. Pool was beautiful. Kids loved the arcade room, and play areas. The 11am check out time was good as meant we could pack away without rushing! People on site (regular campers) were friendly and helpfulMy only fault would be the staff were not the most welcoming. At checking we didn't get a warm reception just 'what's the booking name' and then when someone was in our pitch and I walked back to tell them I didn't get any apology at all and was just told to use another pitch. We then got approached during our stay by another camper asking when we were leaving cause we were in there pitch.
So close to everything short, Taxi right away, So you can go for a couple of drinks and food in the afternoon, Then back to the clubhouse and an early night really enjoyed it. See you soon love Steve and Julie.
Need a few more toilet and shower block
Positives-Clean-Quiet when we stayed mid week in the summer holidays-Swimming pool with cover blocking sun rays, so you don’t need to worry about sun cream or it raining.-Lovely children’s parks-Dog Friendly and little doggy activity park. Welcome doggy pack is excellent-Immaculate modern shower block on touring field -Nestled away from hustle and bustle of a busy town-Games room - although we didn’t have time to visitNegatives-No shop on site-Reception only open Friday to Monday-Emails they receive only monitored Friday to Monday-if you ring their phone number whilst there, to ask a question, your told the line is for emergencies only by an automated service and have to leave a message. The ‘touring’ field is 90% full of caravans that are there for the season, so availability to stay is very limited. -Club house only open Friday to Sunday-Pool area is very clean, however ingrained dirt is on walls of swimming pool-Eczema itched for days after swim ?c
Camp was not that easy to find and pegging the awning was difficult in the gravel but overall the 10 days went to quickly we went to all the attractions especially folly farm and saundersfoot.Toilets and swimming pool were well maintained and cleaned regularly. Overall a lovely holiday.
The campsite is set out so you have your own spacious pitch set apart from other campers. There is lots of room for the tent and for outdoor play. We didn't use the swimming pool or the dog park but it was available to the campers. The campsite is located close to beaches and attractions. The toilet/shower hut is lovely and very clean. The only down side to the campsite was there was only one toilet/shower hut. Maybe could do with sperate toilets for when someone is using the shower. There is a policy for no cars on the grass, which is a good idea, though maybe make an exception when unloading and packing camping equipment. There was many treks from the car to the pitch with the wheelbarrow in the rain!
Had a lovely weekend here , lovely clean site . Kids loved the pool and park . And close to Tenby and Saundersfoot. Can’t wait to book again .
Spent a weekend at Redford with my VW campervan and awning. Pitches were spacious with water and 10A hookup. Washroom facilities were absolutely outstanding, the best I have experienced at any campsite. Indoor/outdoor pool is brilliant and the staff are great. Will definitely stay there again and let all my friends know. Good price too as they charge for the pitch not per person as other sites do.
