brilliant campsite the best in the west everythimg is so nicecabout it very clean and staff are very helpful
This site is set up for static caravans with tourers being an afterthought. The gravel hardstanding felt like being parked in a car park, the area around the facilities block was untidy, as were other areas of the park. The selling point on the website was that there was an onsite restaurant but when we arrived we were told it was closed due to staff shortages. When raising our disappointment with someone from the office (when we eventually found someone as there were no staff around), it was shrugged off as unimportant. We therefore did not feel that we were important customers.
Excellent location with a short walk to Saundersfoot and a short drive to Tenby. All linked by buses too.
No visible reception area on arrival making finding our pitch difficult. Communication with camp site via telephone and email difficult as telephone numbers were unavailable and one email address bounced back and the other email with queries was never answered.Showers beautifully clean but lacking anywhere for shower gel, soap etc except the floor and no mops available to dry the floors post shower leaving wet floors for the next occupant.
There is nothing to dislike about this site. Toilet and shower block were spotless as was the whole site. Lovely bar and restaurant on site as well. Could do with a motorhome service point to dispose of all water and waste in one place also fresh water. The views from a large area of the site are stunning overlooking Saundersfoot and surrounding areas.
Easy to find great facilities. May I suggest upgrading the hard standing from completely covered in chippings to abetter surface.
Great stay it was off season so very quiet Views were amazing and the bar was great Check in and out fully automated so very easy
Ideal location for the Ironman event, with superb views. Within easy walking distance of Saundersfoot and Tenby.Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners had made a huge effort to make the event a great success by putting on additional bar facilities, live music and additional toilet facilities. The shower block appears to be new, with dishwashing facilities a work in progress. The showers were adequate with plenty of hot water, but the addition of a floor squeegee or mop for campers to clean up after themselves would be helpful as the toilet block floors were often wet and dirty. We would definitely return to the site again.
Nice friendly site.they are doing the wash and toilet facilities up atm.bar and restaurant are excellent. We've been mostly every year since 2010.
