Timberhill lodge park was a perfect location for a relaxing getaway. The variety of walks from the lodge were amazing and the dog loved the walks on the gorgeous beaches. The lodge itself was well equipped if not a little dated.Broad Haven had a range of restaurants which all served great food.It was a perfect getaway for us!

Beautiful place to stay when expolring Pembrokeshire

Stranks, Margaret - 06/09/2024

We stayed at Timber Hill when our children were young, returned last year, with our daughter and 4-year old grandson, and loved it so much that we came back again this summer. The lodges are beautiful, with stunning views across the valley. We enjoyed re-visiting Oakwood, Folly Farm, and the Dinosaur Park Tenby, and had a brilliant trip around Ramsey Island on a RIB, and of course the beaches are wonderful! The lodge had all the essentials and was clean and well-presented. A couple of lights didn't work in a bedroom - if we'd mentioned it, I'm sure it would have been dealt with quickly, as the staff are very helpful and friendly. The accommodation is comfortable but, being timber-built, it isn't insulated much so can get very hot (just open windows!) or a bit chilly (put the heaters on!). The site is well-kept, and we made use of the lovely games room this time.We look forward to returning again, as it's a wonderful place to base a family holiday... or a quiet couples get

Dog walkers paradise

Talbot, Dean - 02/09/2024

Travelling from the midlands was a long journey but enjoyable.once arrived at Timber hill we were greeted by panoramic views of pure greenery 😊accessibility is a narrow country lane which you expect considering where you are,we stayed at lodge 5 right at the entrance. We were a party of six and 1dog the lodge was adequate for our needs. Yes it’s not 5star luxury like some may expect from this type of stay but we loved the stunning views it had to offer and endless areas to walk the dog. My only gripe would be the games room needs attention, maybe a new pool table 👍 The seafront is about 20mins walk through the designated walkways left of the main reception but we opted to drive there and parking is ample enough. The town is small with several nice restaurants, fish & chips shop and a mini market shop even though its small Broad haven town seemed enough. The beach is flat and when the tide is out transforms into a dogs paradise of space. We will definitely return here 😊

Absolutely in love with Timber Hill and Pembrokeshire

Van Zyl, Conroy - 21/08/2024

Whilst we are absolutely in love now with the Pembrokeshire area, this was in no small part also due to our spacious and comfortable living arrangements at Timber Hill in the Cedarwood lodge that we called home for 7 days.We were either walking distance or a short drive away from picturesque beaches and attractions and even on rainy days had a wonderful and unforgettable trip.

Most beautiful place we’ve ever stayed!

Jeffries, Emma - 20/08/2024

Timber Hill was undoubtedly the most beautiful & peaceful place we have stayed as a family. The view from Lodge 1 was breathtaking in the daytime & evening… great stargazing & we were lucky enough to watch the Persied meteor shower from the balcony. The whole site is natural, green & a nature lovers paradise. Great amount of space for the kids to play. We used the games room, laundry & did walks straight from the from the site. Staff were friendly& so helpful. The following would have pushed it from an overall good to an excellent:- a little cramped - I definitely don’t think 6 people could stay comfortably. . - take your own towels - those for rent are small & thin. - basics like a toilet roll holder, hand towel holder & hand soap in the bathroom would have been really welcome additions. - better clearing of cobwebs inbetween guests! However, even without the suggested smallImprovements we would happily return & recommend. Thank you for a wonderful week!
