FATHERS DAY TRIP

Hudson, Peter - 28/06/2026

Once again Visited Pipers Height for A Long Fathers Day Weekend. On Site was The Lost Weekends Event which was a Great Bonus for All attending while The Sun shined Every Day.A Well Organised Event. The Site is Kept Imaculate, Run by Happy Helpfull Members of Staff.Everybody Staying on site were Polite and Friendly,My only very small issue was that The Soap Dispensers in The Toilet Block seemed Empty over a couple of days, maybe as The Site was Full !Also, Not Pipers Height Fault But The Footpath Along The Main Road towards The Bus Stop is Overgrown and Awkward to walk on, could also be an issue for Elderly or anybody in a wheelchair, The Local Council should be made aware of This as it needs strimming.Thankyou for a Great Weekend, see you again Next Easter.

Good community

Wood, Lynsey - 25/06/2026

We stayed at Pipers Height Touring Park for the Lost Weekender in June 2026 and had a brilliant time. It was a really well-organised event with a lovely community feel, and the site was a great base for it.Access is incredibly easy — just one straightforward roundabout after leaving the motorway junction, so arriving with a caravan could not have been simpler. The pitches are a good size too; we stayed in the adults-only area and found it peaceful, tidy and well laid out.The staff were genuinely lovely and very helpful throughout. Paula at the bar was especially friendly and great to chat with. Her frozen cocktail recommendation was spot on! The team also recommended a nearby storage facility, which was really useful for us.The shower facilities were very clean, modern and a nice touch with music playing. Overall, the park feels well looked after and welcoming. The only disappointment was the daily electricity charge. We barely used any electric but still exceeded the in

Ideal site for caravans

Wolf, Paul - 25/06/2026

The site is friendly, clean and well set up. The fully serviced pitches are more suitable for caravans than a motorhome. Each pitch has some grass behind it.Rubbish disposal areas are sited throughout the site and the washrooms are, as expected, of a high standard.Whilst not for us we saw a well set up children’s play area in a corner of the site. We took advantage of both the food vendor vans that visited the site and the on site ‘pub’ great for socialising.Whilst there is no direct bus service from near the site to Lytham st Anne’s there are regular buses to Blackpool where you can change buses. The only drawback we found is that the footpath from the site to the bus stop is not suitable for wheelchairs due to overgrown hedges and a steep angle of the path.

Excellent facilities but not much to do on site so you have no option but to drive into Blackpool or Lytham st Anne’s to entertain the kids

Campbell, David John - 24/06/2026

The park was well maintained and the facilities block was immaculately keptIt has those annoying showers that you have to press the button every 10 seconds3 mornings in a row we were weakens by the Gardeners trimming hedges with petrol hedge trimmersIf they are starting that early they should contemplate electric cutters so campers can get a long lie inThe children’s play park is limited so we had to drive off the site to entertain the kids. It’s an expensive site with limited entertainment and you then have to pay for your electric The Wi-Fi was a total waste of money as it kept dropping out and e-mailing them about it was pointless as they did not respond.Reception said it was nothing to do with them but if you are allowing a vendor to sell a service on your site then for me you have to ensure the provide a decent service.
