Lovley time spent at piper hights caravan park children loved there time spent here lots of stuff to do with Blackpool just 4mins away couldn't ask for a better location

Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean and tidy facilities. Park was quiet at night. Would highly recommend

Great site, exceptional staff.

Pitches are very spacious, excellent facilities and staff.

When we arrived on site we were told to park next to the hedge, our pitch (67) had no hedge as it was alol dead and people were walking across the pitch. The wood around the edge of the pitch was loose and broken in places and was sticking up which was dangerous, especially for young children. The service bollard was next to the hedge of the pitch next to us and so our water pipe wouldn’t reach as it was too far away due to having to park next to the hedge on our pitch. No lighting on the road between touring pitches and to the toilet facilities, the road was pitch black, how is that safe, especially for a supposedly family friendly site? The washing facilities were dirty and not the best to understand, we always wash our clothes on site when away at other campsites and they have instructions in the room with how to use the washers/dryers. The showers were ok for adults but not children as the temperature couldn’t be adjusted and was too hot for children. Not enough rom to comment more

Excellent site, with great facilities, spotless clean toilets, very friendly and helpfull staff, short walk to bus stop, which takes you to centre of Blackpool for £1 at weekenda Would definitely come back again

We love it here and this was the 3rd time this year we stayed. We have already booked 2 stays next year!!Staff are lovely and very friendly. Facilities are great and it is extremely clean everywhere!!

Lovely clean site, shower block really clean and modern , really well situated for visiting Blackpool bus stop ten minutes walk buses every 30 mins 10 minutes ride into Blackpool also nice pub nearby serving lovely food
