The site is very,very well kept,its pitches are very large and spotless.The toilet block and showers are very clean and are kept tidy.THE Only thing is the lack of a club house.I know there is a bar but limited opening is the only black mark. Pipers Hight is perfect for Blackpool ,5min and you’re in the middle of it,then 5min and you’re back at a peaceful site.Overall it’s the best site for Blackpool

A clean tidy site. Good size pitches. The kids enjoyed the play area and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely site. Easy access to Lytham and Blackpool. Extra large pitches, ideal for caravan, awning and car.

Very clean site. Pitches very large and easily accessible. We would prefer the bar to be open during the week especially during school holidays. We would also like the arrival time to be earlier and the departure time could then be changed to 11am instead of 12.

We recently stayed for two nights at Piper's Heights during half term.Pure bliss, massive pitches for our little VW campervan Quiet, friendly helpful staff.Will definitely return.

Lovely clean and quiet site, pitches really big showers and toilets excellent staff very helpful and pleasant. Bus stop not far from campsite easy way to get places play areas for young and older kids overall would definitely go back

Friendly staff, spacious pitches, the toilets were spotless and warm. Very well kept site with a lovely dog walk and a picnic bench. Ideal for travelling into Blackpool or Lytham st Anne’s. Will definitely return to this caravan park again
