The huge field adjoining the park is excellent for dog walking, or you could take a stroll into Kirkham just a mile and a half away for its open market on Thursdays. The caravan had a pleasant balcony outside where you could sit outside and listen to the birds singing. Very comfortable and clean and we gave my mother-in-law said she could move in, so it must have been good!

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were incredibly friendly both during the booking procedure helping out so much with the whole booking process and during our stay too. The caravans were in top condition and the size of this particular one was great for our family and our parents to stay in together too. Highly recommended.

Lovely mobile home on a quiet and attractive holiday park

We were warmly welcomed on arrival after a long 6 hour drive. The mobile home was very nice and comfortable and quiet with everything that we needed. There was an Aldi supermarket nearby and buses to Lytham St Anne’s and Blackpool a short distance from the site. The railway station is just a mile away with easy parking nearby and we travelled to Liverpool for a day trip to go on The Beatles and City Bus Tours. The train runs every hour. Location wise it was great as we also wanted to see the illuminations in Blackpool and visit Lytham. We also had a day in The Lake District which was one and a half hours up the M6. We were very happy with the accommodation and chatted to some of the permanent residents who were also very friendly.

Everything we need all staff went above and beyond to help us out . The caravan was very clean . The thing that we noticed was all the other residents were happy always smiling . Blackpool itself was lovely we went to watch the air show . The only thing we could point out was the bed,s were all very uncomfortable. And gave us bad backs. But everything else was fantastic. Thankyou for a lovely holiday. 😊 also our dogs loved it.

The caravan park is beautifully kept . The caravan was spotlessly clean , with lovely furniture . It was very easy to book . No fuss booking in on the day , and brilliant arrival times and departing times . We would recommend it to everyone

My husband and I owned a beautiful caravan on mowbreck park from 2006. - 2014, and we loved it it was so peaceful and quiet, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, well kept gardens and easy access to local transport and facilities we were sovery sorry to leave but moved to Lincolnshire to be near our family, my daughter and I recently stayed in a beautiful caravan for a few days to visit our family who also have a caravan at Mowbreck, unfortunately we had to leave early as one of our grandsons was poorly, we are hoping to book another caravan asap and would like to thank Sheila and Tara for such a very welcome break hope to see you soon😄
