A serene holiday park in the midst of the stunning Yorkshire Dales, Langcliffe Park offers a tranquil escape amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the much-loved National Park. Encompassing 841 square miles, the Yorkshire Dales National Park boasts 1,633 miles of footpaths, abundant flora and fauna, and captivating views of the unique 'Dales' terrain, making it a coveted destination for those seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Unlike many holiday parks, Langcliffe Park distinguishes itself by embracing quietude. Devoid of a bar, restaurant, or entertainment facilities, it serves as a haven for relaxation and a strategic base for planning exciting adventures within the expansive National Park. While it radiates tranquillity, the park is far from isolated, conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the A65 and a pleasant 15-minute stroll from the historic market town of Settle.
Settle itself offers an array of amenities, including cafes, restaurants, shops, fuel stations, and entertainment options, ensuring that visitors have easy access to necessities and diversions.
Langcliffe Park provides over 30 pitches for those eager to explore the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales. The National Park, with its distinctive landscape, offers a myriad of possibilities for exploration, encouraging repeat visits from satisfied patrons. The park is specifically designed to cater to couples and families rather than large groups, emphasizing a peaceful atmosphere conducive to fully enjoying the natural wonders surrounding it.
The park offers two types of pitches: 'Standard electric,' equipped with electric hook-ups, and 'Deluxe,' which includes electric hook-ups along with water and waste points. All pitches feature flat, hard-standing surfaces with space for one car and an awning. Many pitches offer stunning views, and returning visitors often request their preferred spots.
Langcliffe Park provides essential facilities to enhance the camping experience. A short distance away, a shower/toilet block offers disabled facilities and free hot showers. Additional amenities include a washing-up area, a chemical toilet disposal point, a motorhome waste emptying point, a recycling area, and a laundrette.
The park is equipped with WiFi, ensuring online access for those who wish to stay connected. Families with children can take advantage of the outdoor play area, while a dedicated 'ball games' area caters to sports enthusiasts. A dog walking field accommodates furry friends, making Langcliffe Park a welcoming destination for pet owners.
In essence, Langcliffe Park stands as a quiet and idyllic base for embarking on a Yorkshire Dales adventure. Its commitment to serenity, coupled with well-appointed facilities and proximity to Settle, makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature.

Stayed 2 nights in our little Eriba. The toilets and showers were really clean. The campsite is well spaced out, quiet after 10pm and it was lovely sitting listening to the birds in the evening. Ian and the staff were really friendly & welcoming as were other campers.
Our stay at Langcliffe Park was awful. Our pitch was on a concrete slab that was waiting for the siting of a new static caravan. There was constant noise for 2 days from the sanding of the cladding on the toilet block. We had no Wi-Fi during our stay because the slab we were on was not set up for Wi-Fi. We would have left 2 days early but our next site at Harrogate couldn't accommodate us.
Great site in a lovely location just a short stroll from Settle. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommended.
Access is ok as long as you don't meet a artic lorry as there is apaper distribution warehouse next to the site. I met one but fortunately he backed up for me. It is a good site and short walk into Settle. Lovely views over valley. Staff welcoming and friendly no complaints, well looked after site
Great site, Very clean shower/Toilet block.Well kept pitches, grass etc. 10/15 minute walk into Settle..Lovely 3 night stay.!! Would return.
The views from the site were fabulous. The site was very well looked after and very quiet which is just how we like it. The showers were a highlight, so powerful , always a bonus when you have long hair to wash. Nice walk into settle . Would definitely return .
We regularly use this park for short weekend breaks, it's easily accessible, clean and tidy facilities with great views. It's a great place to relax and go for the many lovely walks the area has. It's within walking distance of Settle.
Loved the site straightaway. Easy to find and well laid out. Excellent facilities and manicured site. Easy walk into Settle and not too far from other places of interest. The dog field was great for our little cockapoo.Had great chats with the couple on a neighbouring pitch, which is typical of caravanning life. There were a couple holes in the grass area by the pitch which nearly caused us to twist ankles !!!… it was mentioned, but the rabbits were blamed. Apart from that, a lovely week on a lovely site.
Ideal for walking particularly if you have a dog, Straight off the site and into great countryside and walks along the valley or into the hills
