If it's the idea of waking up to a beautiful coastal view of the North Atlantic Ocean, with Co. Donegal visible on the horizon, then Juniper Hill Holiday Park is the place to stay.
Just across the road from the coastal walks, rock pools, par 3 golf course and pitch and putt, Juniper Hill Holiday Park is located just between Carrick Dhu Holiday Park and the seaside harbour town of Portstewart.
We are well connected by the local bus routes and cycle path making it the perfect base for the many popular north coast restaurants, world class golf courses, ice cream parlours, coffee shops and other local attractions.
Juniper Hill Holiday Park is the ideal place to stay during the weekend of the Annual North West 200 motorcycle race, as you will not even have to leave the park to enjoy the atmosphere of the race, as all the action takes place right in front of the park!
We have 101 touring caravan hard-surfaced fully serviced pitches and modern family shower/laundry facilities with full disabled access.
On site, our junior campers have access to a safe and accessible children’s outdoor play area, as well as a table tennis & Recreation Hall.
Additionally, we provide insightful visitor information onsite to make the most of your time exploring and experiencing all that this stunning part of the country has to offer.
This family friendly site commands an excellent location from which to explore Portstewart with its shops, cafes, restaurants and many tempting ice cream shops. For golf enthusiasts, Ballyreagh Golf Course is within 200 metres, with the main championship courses in Portrush and Portstewart both within 5 kilometres.
Advance booking is essential, particularly for weekends, bank holidays and during July and August.

Great views if you get the right site. Good facilities, friendly staff.
Juniper hill was a fantastic caravan park to stay in, we stayed for the weekend and return again at the end of the month. The views are fantastic and there is a great park onsite for the little ones. The only downside I could find was the WiFi wasn't great, if you have a toddler like mine that loves her tablet at night make sure you have plenty of data to hotspot 😂. Other than that I think it is a fantastic place to stay, super close to the town also always a +.
Very good site, facilities always clean and tidy, staff very friendly and helpful.
Had a fantastic time site lovely and clean and nice and quiet would definitely be back
Well run site clean toilet blocks. Very friendly and great location
We stayed for 2 nights at the weekend in a campervan. The grass pitches were a good size with good electric and water and a great view over the sea. The toilet block was well kept and included a good dishwashing room and a sluice. For a weekend the campsite was quiet and the staff friendly. An underpass from the campsite leads to a cove and to the Port Path which is a dramatic clifftop path which links Portrush and Portstewart. A big highlight for us was walking the path with our dog and enjoying hospitality in both towns. Planning a return already.
Big site long walk from way in to where we were parked so not ideal if 2 cars and need to leave for work early in the morning. On a hill as per name suggests which staggers the caravans creating a better view over the sea, some levelling required but well worth it. Overall a good site and well worth the money.
We had a great time. Perfect set up for children as the park is right opposite the tents we could set up and take down stress free. Nice addition with a little into hangout for older kids too and there are nice walks near by. Toilets are basic but all fine, only comment is they could do with a baby changing table in the main toilets. We would stay again for sure.
This is a great site, well run & with good facilities, including a great playground for younger children. The location could not be beaten & I reckon it's good value for money. They are understandably strict about the 2pm arrival time, as space outside the gate is limited. Good range of pitches & all have plenty of space around them. Pavement / cycle path directly opposite gives great access into Portrush. The cycle lane doesn't stretch all the way to Portstewart, though there is pavement all the way. We will look forward to returning next summer.
