If it's the idea of waking up to a beautiful coastal view of the North Atlantic Ocean, with Co. Donegal visible on the horizon, then Juniper Hill Holiday Park is the place to stay.
Just across the road from the coastal walks, rock pools, par 3 golf course and pitch and putt, Juniper Hill Holiday Park is located just between Carrick Dhu Holiday Park and the seaside harbour town of Portstewart.
We are well connected by the local bus routes and cycle path making it the perfect base for the many popular north coast restaurants, world class golf courses, ice cream parlours, coffee shops and other local attractions.
Juniper Hill Holiday Park is the ideal place to stay during the weekend of the Annual North West 200 motorcycle race, as you will not even have to leave the park to enjoy the atmosphere of the race, as all the action takes place right in front of the park!
We have 101 touring caravan hard-surfaced fully serviced pitches and modern family shower/laundry facilities with full disabled access.
On site, our junior campers have access to a safe and accessible children’s outdoor play area, as well as a table tennis & Recreation Hall.
Additionally, we provide insightful visitor information onsite to make the most of your time exploring and experiencing all that this stunning part of the country has to offer.
This family friendly site commands an excellent location from which to explore Portstewart with its shops, cafes, restaurants and many tempting ice cream shops. For golf enthusiasts, Ballyreagh Golf Course is within 200 metres, with the main championship courses in Portrush and Portstewart both within 5 kilometres.
Advance booking is essential, particularly for weekends, bank holidays and during July and August.

Juniper Hill is a well managed site toilets are kept very clean site is easy access to either Portstewart or Portrush and also to the beaches.
On arrival, we were made to ferl welcome by the staff and were given a card to unlock barrier. The site number was prebooked and was reasonably level. The wash facilities were nearby, extremely clean and you needed 20p for a shower. We were overlooking the sea and the path to the main road was also nearby.
Having to travel exit to dump your rubbish, also poor Wi-Fi have to use my phone hot spots, which cost money, but other than that, good site
Book 4 nights. But only stayed 2.as we had to come home for a hospital appointment. Hope to book a few nights before the season ends. Great place to stay. Everything is spotless.
Many thanks to Chris who advised me re a pitch. He was so courteous! We enjoyed a delicious meal in Amici and lunch in Babushka. The cliff walk is a great asset from the holiday park - it is lovely to be away from traffic! We walked to Portrush on Saturday and to the Barr Mouth on Sunday. We were content with your pricing too. The bin areas was well maintained albeit I did wonder where to recycle glass. This was our first time to stay with you but it will, hopefully, not be too long until we come up again. Thank you to the entire team!
We have stayed many times over the last few years and the only thing that makes us come back is the view. The park has gone down hill over the years with nothing being upgraded for some time. There were missing toilet seats, showers not fully working, no clothes washing facilities and yet prices keep increasing. Since lockdown I would have thought the amount of money the council are making on silent bids for sites, larger increased yearly fees the facilities onsite would have been improved but this hasn’t happened. Where is all this money going?
Good location, no Internet connection at all, toilet and shower area acceptable but not great. The site was ok.
Overall I am satisfied with all amenities and staff are very friendly
Really tidy caravan park and very friendly and helpful staff. Was a bit noisy with cars where we were park but that was because i had asked to be on hill will the motorhome not realising. I would have like to have been able to park facing the water instead of reversing back and facing other caravans but mayb there is a reason for this with the park owners. All in all a very nice stay
