I loved staying at your touring park I have only one thing to say the water in the showers is very hot and can’t be adjusted it is not a bad thing but if it could be turned down a little bit it would be perfect as toilets are very clean and staff were very helpful can’t wait to book again

Years ago we used to stay at Benone Complex, there was no TV signal then and couldn’t believe thats still the case, surely in this day and age there’s something cud be done about this. Phone signal wasn’t great either. But apart from this the site was good and facilities were clean and well maintained

An OK site. Toilets very clean. Crowded with lots of vehicles. Kids everywhere! Pitches could do with being better marked out.

Great site good showers kept very clean great staff

Annoyed at the shower blocks, not really enough showers for the amount of people that are there, also there were no cleaning bits there to clean up after yourself. As a lot of people had tramped dirty shoes onto a wet floor so inside shower cubicles was bit off a mess. On multiple occasions random children just walking right up the awning walking through your pitch no respect for other people’s privacy, was annoying when the parents were sitting on other side of the site getting pissed. Honestly would not say this site is anything really to be desired, they really could do with updated and making bigger shower facilities.

I called in without a booking in September, and was able to get a pitch for my motorhome without difficulty .A warm welcome, pitches are nicely spaced out and toilet\shower block was well maintained and spotless. The beach is reached by a board walk, less than 5 mins, Gorgeous beach, with lifeguards in high season.I don't have kids but could see they were well catered for with various play area's and an educational trail thru the same dunes. There's golf, tennis, and other activities for adults and nearby are several gastro pubs or the tourist orientated towns of Portrush and the lovely Portstewart, home of the fan Morelli's ice cream. Will definitely be back.

Nice location close to the beach. The camping and caravanning areas are spacious so you are not to close to other families.They have night security, very friendly and pleasant, and the camp site is quiet, which is good for families.There is a nice restaurant and a surf school (we didn't use the surf school).The amenities could be improved. The week were there the toilets weren't cleaned properly at all, and both years I have stayed I needed to clear rubbish from the site before setting up. The shop on site gives the impression that it is closed or more of a storage room. I did not use any of the other amenities. We enjoy camping at Benone.

As usual the benone caravan park was spotless and the staff were very helpful. Slightly disappointed that Waves cafe wasn’t open but understand that their staff need a holiday too.

The location of this well run site is without doubt its finest attribute. We stayed late in the season and the grass next to our concrete hard standing had been reduced to compacted mud, though this is understandable. The site was full (on account of the Portstewart airshow) but quiet, nonetheless. A great stay in unseasonably warm sunshine!

I went at start of September. It was so peaceful and not very busy. That was the reason why I left booking until then. I prefer the peace and quiet. Great site.
