This site is kept extremely well. The facilities were a credit to the staff, immaculate shower and toilet block. Many dog bins and the grass was well maintained. However, and I know nothing can be done about the Weather. The walk along the roadside grass verge was too wet to use and not good for dogs as a busy road. The other way would have been fine in better weather but unfortunately very slippery path and the field needed to cross would have meant getting very soggy. Although overall I would say once it stops raining and things dry up, lovely place to stay.
This site is very clean and well kept with excellent facilities. Lovely and peaceful with friendly helpful staff. This is a site that has become a regular for us.
Second stay for us. Everything is new, in working order and well laid out. Place is secure and facilities are A-star. Lovely place with very helpful staff. Many thanks.
We had a wonderful relaxing 9 nights at Forest And Wye Valley. Leigh-Anne and her staff were very welcoming. The facilities were excellent! Hot water in the showers, clean and warm. Shower block. Washing machine was clean. The dog walk was great. The walk down to the village was good and the local pub was friendly, the food was excellent. We had shopping delivered to the campsite which was very handy and Amazon. My doggie love meeting the beautiful goats. This campsite is great value for the money would definitely stay there again.
Had a great few days away at the campsite
Very lovely welcome by staff.Facilities are kept in a great condition.Location perfect for local bike centre at forest of dean.
peaceful , friendly and perfect for a relaxing break.
We have stayed here a number of times and we always enjoy our stay. It wasn't full so noise levels were just right. Toilets were absolutely spotless. Great location with lots of places to visit and lots to do.
This site was a delight. It was so well thought out and all facilities top class. There had been so much thought put into the details, showers and toilet block had a drying room for those wet times, a place to wash dogs and bikes off with just the right length of hose. All the details were really appreciated. Good hard standing pitches which were essential after the recent monsoons. Close to the lovely Wye valley but away from tourist hotspots. I have already recommended this site to friends.
Lovely area to visit , small site but very tidy . Shower & Toilet block good , well looked after site . Local pub within walking distance .
