First class site , friendly arrival staff , pitches are large and perfectly maintained , some of the best wc/ shower facilities your will see, and a great local pub (The Ship Inn). For food and drinks. Access to Lytham and blackpoll by good local bus service .

Great site easy to get to plenty to do

On arrival, disappointed the water was not working on our pitch. When in the enclosed dog field, with my dog, which is a large dog, managed to escape under the gate, so, I think this needs addressing. Freckleton is a nice area.

We stay here when we visit our daughter at University of Lancashire in Preston. It’s perfect and a well kept site and modern facilities. Pitches are level and spacious. Water, electric all in the pitch. We have walked into the village a few times with great pubs and all very welcoming. Highly recommend

Site was excellent the site is very well kept lots of space between pitches taps on every pitch the facility are excellent little shop that holds small selection of item very quite we definitely stay they a again and we recommend to anyone .

Fantastic facilities and so ideal if you want to visit blackoool and fleetwood, owners were lovely and a great shop on site. Definitely stay again in future

We stayed just for one night after picking up our new caravan from a local dealer.It was late Saturday afternoon so the office was closed but they had sent us an email with all the codes for entry etc so all was good.The park is very flat and clean. The shower block is modern and was spotless. There was a small play area for kids.We didn't really have a good look around on the Sunday morning because it was absolutely chucking down.It was only a 10 minute stroll in to Freckleton where there are some nice pubs, an Indian , chinese and chippy and convenience stores.

Great location easy accessible to pubs and a few shop bus stop within 10 minutes walking distance great little village

We stayed here for two nights, lovely site. Very clean and tidy and a short walk into Freckleton.Shower and toilets were very clean with music on in them which was a nice touch, I didn't have chance to review the other facilities as we did not have a reason to use them.The only reason I gave this a 4 star was because there was no-one to meet us at reception when we arrived and we arrived at 3.00pm so it wasn't too late. Although it was easy to find our pitch it would have been nice to have a site map and a welcome. Although we did receive a text before giving is code/access details.The little shop has all the essentials which is handy.Would return for a quick qet away with it being fairly local.
