We had a pleasant stay here. The facilities were kept clean & well attended. Our child enjoyed the football park & onsite arcade & we all enjoyed the indoor swimming pool. The campsite was quiet at night & we felt safe & secure there.Any staff that we encountered were friendly & helpful. Only two small negatives- the drain for emptying our grey waste was blocked/overflowing, which made it slightly difficult to dispose of the waste. A member of staff was made aware of this. Also we felt the price to use the pool was a little expensive @ £17 for three of us for just one hour. Perhaps a concessionary for those using the campsite would be something to consider. Otherwise it was great stay & having lovely Ballycastle town just a few minutes walk away was also a plus. Would be likely to stay again.

The mobile home had everything we needed for ourselves and our 3 kids. 10, 6 and 3. Good children's entertainment over the weekend and the swimming pool and playpark were big hits with the kids.

Excellent location. Good amenities especially with the pool, play area and a bar.

This really is a static caravan park not a tourer or campervan park - basically the site has two traffic islands on the park that they have converted to pitches - you are surrounded by static caravans on all sides.We didn't get any sleep the first night as the wardens dog never stopped barking and his daughter who was staying in the house in his abscence couldnt be bothered to stop the dog from barking even though she worked there.We also had to pay up front months before in full and we actually left two nights early as once there was people in the static caravans it became very noisy with quite a bit of swearing - as I said its really a static caravan site not a campervan pitch - but great if you dont mind pitching up on a traffic island. Would not return as was not cheap for the pleasure of camping on an island.

Only problem was that the opening times of facilities where not correct in the welcome folder you receive when you arrive to your accommodation. It told the complete wrong closing time for the reception and arcade. Also no communication between the staff, we where told on two occasions the restaurant/bistro was open on the Thursday, we got our selves and our son all dressed up nice for a nice meal for us to get there and the man on the bar said only the bar was open no bistro. We had to go off elsewhere into town which messed up my toddlers sleep routine.

We arrived a week before the peak season so a lot of activities were not opened yet unfortunately. The mobile itself was great, modern and clean which is great but no decking but not a deal breaker, just good to know. Also the swimming pool is time slots only as it’s not a huge pool that is okay we didn’t mind that. The shop on site closed at 5pm which is normal for off peak season but would have liked it to stay opened a bit longer like I heard it does in peak season. The other residents and staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The playground is tiny I wouldn’t like to see what it is like in peak season as it’s a very small playground. The on site restaurant was closed for most the week. It opened up on Wednesday and closed at 8pm. They were only serving pizza that night. Not many local attractions here but if you get the weather is it a nice turn off with family. I would go again but not during peak season as I feel there is not enough facilities again I went off peak

We wanted somewhere that was a good starting point for the Giants Causeway and Rope Bridge. This is predominately a static caravan site so tourers tend to be pitched on areas not big enough or suitable for the main customer group. For example our pitch was one of six on a roundabout so not much privacy especially at busy times. The shower/toilet block was reasonably clean but could do with some maintenance - eg squeaky hinges and doors that require effort to try and shut. The town had a number of eating possibilities and for those with more time a really nice looking beach.

We recently spent 4 nights here and it was very relaxing.My first impression was to do with my booking and I found Abby very helpful and kind.She is a great asset to the Causeway Coast Holiday Park.On arrival and during our stay I found all the reception staff lovely.As we were “off season” the site was pretty quiet but I am sure in July and August it must come to life as it has the draw of a swimming pool and children must just love coming here. There is a great wee shop on site where they can buy treats and there is also a small games arcade. With mobility issues I found the disabled toilet and shower facility perfect for me. The site is well cared for and all the facilities clean and tidy.The scenery around this area on the North Coast is really beautiful and there is a beautiful beach just down the road from the caravan site. At the harbour you can take the ferry to Rathlin Island if you so desire. Also in the harbour area you will find Morton’s Chippy well worth a
