Nice holiday park, great location and view. Good playground outside and play area indoors. Swimming pool very safe for kids. Tasty food in the bistro. Recommended with kids. Fairy house nice and tiny, suitable for family of three, but no more in my opinion. Personal table and bench outside the pod, bbq and gas is a bonus. Ice cream van coming every evening was another fun for kids.

We stayed in the fairypod beds were uncomfortable would need a TV installed as there wasn't much for my daughter to do . The pool was good but I didn't think it was worth paying £13 each time we went thought it should have been included in price or at least only a couple of pounds each, also when we arrived our toilet seat was loose had to get it tightened and on the second day we couldn't get into our pod as handle was broke had to get many to fix it . Won't be returning sorry

Our caravan pitch was very poor. It was uneven, with big holes in the ground and in between static mobile homes. Very disappointing given that we had booked the pitch 3 months in advance. Site itself was nice with plenty for kids and location was excellent. It is in reality a mobile home park. Toilet block for touring vans is a long way away.

We stayed in the gold caravan it was beautiful an everything was there we needed an the staff are very friendly an helpful would definitely recommend this to people

I booked the clamping lodge for a short break with my family. Unfortunately it was not great. The lodge was not ready at check in time, so we had to wait for over an hour for the lodge to be ready. Despite that, the lodge was not cleaned properly, either inside or out. Windows snd mirrors had not been done and there was a milk/yogurt splashed down the front of the oven.There were cigarette butts among the pine needles on the terrace. There was a urine soaked duvet in the wardrobe. The mattress is threadbare and every spring digs into you. It is the worst mattress we have ever slept on.One of the two sofas was completely busted and unable to be used because it was so uncomfortable. The hot tub was broken and only noticed by staff the evening before we left. The price we paid for our break did not match the quality of the lodge, much to our disappointment because the rest of the break was lovely.

Loved everything about them, everything you need is in them. Had a fab couple of nights.

Lovely holiday park, our apartment was spotless, great facilities and onsite shop. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! We will definitely be back again!

We had the best time, very rare to find somewhere with so much to offer in one place. The kids entertainment was excellent, the shop had everything you’d need (things we didn’t think of) staff were so friendly. The swimming pool was brilliant, even the big kid (fiancé) loved it. Thanks for a great stay, the kids want us to buy a caravan on the site now!

I found the staff very friendly and the apartment all that was needed. I had booked a break for my daughters and myself and we were really looking forward to it and the use of the hot tub. On our arrival approx 415pm the hot tub was only being filled....so that was the hot tub out of use for that day!! We went into the apartment to find rubbish behind a bedroom door, a headband (not ours, from a previous tenant), toilet paper on the floor in 1 of the rooms, cereal on living room floor...also not ours. Oh and sweet rappers under the bed!!I mentioned to reception who took a note of it. I got a phone call from Reception the following day to ask permission for cleaner to enter as weren't in the apt. On our return the toilet paper was lifted but cereal still on floor. We were only there for 2 nights so only got use of the hot tub for 1 day ☹️ .A bit more attention to cleanliness would have made such a differnece to our stay.
