Set in mature woodland, Cushendun Holiday Park is just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the village which has a shop, café, restaurant, pubs and a small harbour.
Being situated on the edge of Cushendun village, conserved under the ownership of the National Trust, makes this park one of the most tranquil and relaxing places to stay along the renowned Causeway Coastal Route.
The park is an excellent base from which to explore the Glens of Antrim and the Causeway Coastal Route, as well as the scenic drive along the Torr Road which boasts views across to the Scottish coastline and Rathlin Island (please note this route is unsuitable for caravans). Cushendun Caves on the eastern side of the village is one of the many popular Game of Thrones ® film locations throughout Northern Ireland.
This family friendly park offers a variety of provision for touring caravans, motorhomes, tents and the hire of camping cabins with excellent on-site facilities available.
We have a selection of hardstanding pitches suitable for touring caravans and motorhomes, which have space for an awning.

Everything was great except the the area where the chemical toilets were emptied. It was filthy with a mound of swallow droppings to greet you at the entrance. It hasn’t been cleaned for months. The rest of the site was clean and tidy and the wardens were very helpful and friendly.
Everything about this park is 100% staff all friendly..easy access to beach and forest walk..quiet..although it was off season..facilities excellent and clean
We had a lovely peaceful weekend and weather was gorgeous. Site within 5 min walking distance from the beach and harbour. McBrides bar and food was excellent. Will definitely be back for another peaceful and relaxing getaway soon. Kids enjoyed walking through the woods at night with torches.Showers and toilets are a little tired but clean. Sluice room could do with a clean up (birds nesting have made a mess) apart from that alls good
Cushendun is a lovely quiet site with access to the beach less than five minutes walk. The village is quiet and quaint but has everything you need.Access to the livelier town of Cushendall is less than ten minutes away by car. And Ballycastle is half an hour away.Cushendun is a perfect base for exploring the North Antrim coast or the Eastern Coastal Road. Plenty of forest parks and mountains close by to explore too.The site itself offers great WiFi connectivity, the facilities are excellent and exceptionally clean. Overall we had a fantastic three weeks there and hope to be back soon.
There has been investment in the glamping pods since our last stay. This is a great improvement with proper beds, a larger fridge, more sockets and a microwave. This is a welcome addition. The utility block on the campsite does the job but is basic. You will need to bring some pound coins for hot water in the showers on the campsite. There is no ATM in the town so bring cash if you want to use the fish & chip van for dinner. It parks just outside the campsite facing the beach and is decent. We always enjoy the local area. The caves were closed during this trip but they are always nice to visit. The children enjoy the beach.
Arrived on a very wet Sunday, touring pitches are just on the left as you enter the site. The site warden was very friendly and made a point of calling to see if everything was ok. The site was quite busy being school holidays and a bank holiday weekend with lots of families. There was a walk through woodland paths towards Cushendun. If we were ever up that away again we would stay.
Have stayed loads in Cushendun as it is quite close to home. Very friendly staff, lovely community of statics and a small number of pitches where you always seem to meet and chat with others. Kids play park not on the site but very close by.
Cushendun Caravan Park is a beautiful little parkland site that is just a couple of minutes stroll from the beach, 10 minutes stroll from the village, and sits at the start of the Torr Head scenic drive. It is an excellent location from which to tour the Northeastern coasts of Ireland. Certainly not to be missed when you visit Co Antrim.
Nice clean pod with plenty of room and a small toilet in a quiet caravan park loved that it was close to the beach and the village the park attendant was very helpfull and friendly.
