Awful. We arrived to our tent site & it was covered in litter, dropped by surrounding tents & no staff came around to ensure the cleanliness of the site was maintained.A group of teenagers set fire to a pine tree on the other side of the fence behind where we were staying I offered to report it & they told me it was sorted, but it took hours for them to get it out. I went to report it the following day, and the staff didn't know, the young girls who were maning reception were sitting with their legs up on the desk on their phone, they were lovely, I honestly didn't care how they were sitting in the office, but there was no manager for me to talk to or to help with teenagers who they said were fleeing from them when they tried to approach them about being on electric scooters.Also the antisocial behaviour was wild, guests were turning our electric on & off, shining torches into our tent & would squeeze between our tent & car shouting constantly. We left 1 day early

Stayed here and had a great time. There was only one night which was loud and nosy even after 2am with 2 families meeting up.

I have stayed at Benone Tourist Complex at numerous times over the years and am now on the next generation and bringing my grandchildren to the site.The site is well run and kept clean with good security and excellent access to the fantastic beach. Perfect location.

Have stayed every year for last 6 years in August. Same complaint every year is the condition of showers and toilet block. Cleaning by what appears to be students doesn't work. Key pads bad idea as regards kids opening doors and riding scooters in and out.

Quite busy during our stay. Due to location no WiFi and poor phone signal. Facilities clean and staff very friendly. Nice coffee shop onsite. Lots of places to visit and can take a trip across to south Ireland and Donegal.

Beautiful beach and great setting

I was there with two small children staying in a motorhome….. Grand campsite, on the downside of my stay possibly my fault for not reading the campsite description properly I didn’t realised you have to pay extra for everything you use on the site namely the splash pool, pitch and putt, the games room …. also there is no on site shop and there is definitely no free WiFi on the site ….. yes if your standing in their reception there is WiFi but that’s it …… there is the waves coffee premises on site but again very expensive and the staff were not very helpful especially when I asked them to individually price what I had bought ….. never got an answer….. This was my experience at Benone holiday park

The campsite was very clean and the onsite swimming pool and restaurant are very nice.

Park has poor to non existent Internet, coupled with no phone signal and poor TV signal is a major problem for decision to return in the future . It has good Internet in the restaurant and should be meshed around the site properly.
