Wifi none existent unless you are in the main building which is a shame in 2026 u would think wifi would be available. Very hard to receive TV signal. Rec room have a couple of grab games and a couple of other games all of which were turned off .Pool table £2 per game. Café out the back was nice but expensive for were it is, dog friendly and wifi. Sand pit for kids and crazy golf. Main golf course has different prices for Monday-Friday £13 per person and £15 per person at weekends. On site shop is a joke. Kids paddling pool only open July and August. Beach is only a quick walk through the sand dunes and amazing on a good sunny day 😎

Been here many times over the years, and by far our favourite caravan site. Close proximity to a beautiful clean beach, and also not far from the North Coast. Highly recommend.

Brilliant staff, security staff excellent. Felt very safe and secure. Security ensured site rules were adhered to by all camper users. Bathroom Facility spotless clean. Lovely positive atmosphere around the site. Check in experience was friendly and quick. Entire camp site spotless at all times. Dogs were kept on leads which was great.

Reason for visiting was the NW200. However due to delays with the racing my son wanted to return to the caravan park to play golf in the 9 hole course on site. There is plenty to do here with open swimming pool, Tennis courts, surf lessons and fantastic coffee shop which had a great atmosphere. The beach is nearby, great for family walks. We had a fully serviced caravanPitch which makes caravan living a Stressless experience. Toilet & shower block was brilliantly clean. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. I certainly want to return to this location with my family.

Stayed 4 night at this beautiful location, we really enjoyed walking along the many boardwalks and paths to the beach with our dog, the dog loved it too.The pitches are fairly level and a good size, we booked hardstand with awning, water and electric. The washroom facilities were spotless and regularly cleaned, dishwashing and laundry facilities are also provided. Will we go back.....YES.

Have been many times over the years it’s a great site, however on our last trip the weather was horrendous, it rained for 9hrs solid, nothing anyone can do about the rain but it became apparent regarding the complete lack of WiFi, when the weather is bad the phone signal is practically non existent and with no available WiFi access its back to the Stone Age, most TV’s are now smart requiring either pairing to your phone or WiFi. Great site but needs brought up to date to modern day usability wether you’ve to pay for online access or not it, it would be worth the cost.

Great family site. 5 minute walk from the beach, clean and tidy site throughout. Well maintained and staff very helpful when needed. To improve the facilities I believe extra showers could be installed as their limited at busy times and the phone service is poor on site but again everything else was great. Fully recommend as everyone settles down from 10 each night which is great for young families. Already booked in again for a couple of weeks time.

Brilliant well serviced pitches, great toilet/shower block with outside dish washing. Couldn’t ask for more, we will definitely return

FINALLY ! BENONE complex is actually something really special and that does include the staff. BUT FINALLY, based on our recent visit , the toilet / shower facilities which previously has let the complex down ! THEY WERE FABULOUS, a lot of effort has obviously been put in so I say FINALLY ! well done to everyone involved
