The smell of the air freshener or cleaning products used in the wash facilities was very over powering. My husband is asthmatic and he had to use his inhaler after using facilities and limited time there, no shower and cleaned teeth outside. The touring pitch sizes... The smell of the air freshener or cleaning products used in the wash facilities was very over powering. My husband is asthmatic and he had to use his inhaler after using facilities and limited time there, no shower and cleaned teeth outside. The touring pitch sizes are smaller than other sites we’ve used. Previously used a tent pitch; much better.

"River View Cottage"

The cottage was recently refurbished and excellent in every respect. It was spotlessly clean and fitted out with all requirements. The only comments that I can make are: kitchen knives were really blunt and hardly cut An ice tray would have been nice for cold drinks... The site Is spotless, toilet blocks are heated and clean. A large site so will take a bike next time as my knee isn’t great! I liked the card system for paying for electricity. Only two of us in a motor home but I also gave stars for the children’s facilities as they looked very good. I really can’t think of anything on site that could be better. We were very lucky with the weather too. We will go again.

"Park site review"

Mr & Mrs A Parsons - Stayed with partner, Sep 2019

Brilliant park. With their cctv system, very safe and secure site in all respects. Only criticisms are:- 1 antiquated electric hookup card system. When it is raining and the card gets a few drops of rain on it, the card crumples and refuses to read. No refunds are... Brilliant park. With their cctv system, very safe and secure site in all respects. Only criticisms are:- 1 antiquated electric hookup card system. When it is raining and the card gets a few drops of rain on it, the card crumples and refuses to read. No refunds are possible! 2 wifi is very expensive and if one is used to 80mbs fibre optic connection, then going down to 6mbs abysmal service is a definite nono. There is NO mobile data, sms or call service in Rosedale at all.

The perfect place to camp in the Rosedale area.Good clean facilities, lots of very hot water, even in the pot washing area. 2 excellent pubs for evening meals within a very short walking distance. Good local walks and easy access to coast.
