Could do with tarmac the main roads extremely dusty when vehicles move around

This was our third visit in 18 months and we love how clean, peaceful and its location just a 10 minute walk from Slimbridge wetland centre and 5 minutes off the Gloucester and Sharpness canal. It is easily accessible from the M5 motorway and has a decent pub just outside the entrance, we ate there for breakfast and evening meals with no hassles or complaints. The staff are very friendly and the site is well maintained so there is nothing to dislike!

We have always enjoyed visiting Tudor Caravan Park and last week’s trip was no exception. The grounds are immaculate. The facilities are super clean, with plenty of hot water. As always the staff are friendly and helpful. We visited Painswick…beautiful but very quiet and Wotton-Under-Edge… a small town with lovely cafes and small independent shops. Also made a trip to Dursley for a drink at The Hoptician, a must for real ale lovers. A trip here wouldn’t be complete without a meal at The Tudor Arms, just outside the campsite, great value and quality food.

We use Tudor regularly because of its location on the canal also enjoy the peace and quiet good facilities and friendly site staff good food at the local pub the Tudor Arms good snacks at the Black Shed on the edge of the canal also a lovely coffee cafe in Berkeley Castle also Frampton - On -Severn is worth a visit

Good quality site and excellent facilities. We only wanted to stay for 2 nights, but had to book three, due to the campsite policy. This resulted in us having to pay for 3 nights, but only staying for 2, making this an expensive stay. I suggest that this policy is reviewed, as many visitors book the site so that they can visit Slimbridge WTW.

Arrived mid afternoon, met by friendly staff. Shown our spot, set up and waited for friends to arrive. Site is clean, quiet, and well managed. Toilets/shower block were very clean, and main point when we were there, were cool. Freezer to freeze blocks, plenty of ice creams 8n the shop. Close to a good pub and the Sharpness Canal, canoes and paddle boards available for hire. Lovely spot, we’ve been three times, and will certainly be back again.

We have been using this site as a stop off for our journeys South this year (also used last year). the site is in a great location not far from the M5 in a lovely little village near the Slimbridge Wetland Centre. The site is also next to a cracking pub, cafe and more importantly the canal, which is so serene.the site is nicely set out and has really good clean facilities and a really nice atmosphere, it is always nice and quiet when we visit and the grounds always seem in tip top shape. It is our intention to visit next year and stay for longer than the night as we feel there is a lot to offer in the area.

The park is well organised and maintained. For motorhomes they have a service area and plenty of waste disposal points. It's clean and tidy and quiet. Pub is on same grounds with good pub grub. They are experimenting with a few products in reception, local sausages and milk for example and I'm sure if this is expanded it'll be a huge hit. Toilet and showers are clean and tidy and well maintained. The position is great. Right on the side of a canal with great walks and the wetlands area down the road for nature lovers. There is sup hire opposite the park. Easy drive to all nearby attractions and scenic places. Good value for money overall and pitches are great. They insist you pitch to rule and this is a good thing not only for fire regs but gives every person maximum room. Really enjoyed our stay
