The site has hedging around most of the perimeter with the Gloucester-Sharpness canal running along one side where you may be lucky enough to see a paddle-steamer or the occasional tall ship passing. The Meadow backs onto the canal and has lovely views over the fields towards the Cotswold Hills.

Great reception as always very accommodating great location to visit local family for me thank you merry Christmas I’ll see you next year
lovely clean facities , good food and good prices, shame about the rain, but we still had a good few days, thank you.
Damp walls , dirty velux windows , the toilet cubicle was not cleaned well . Also following instructions how to flush toilet it didn’t work nothing flushed away , three were unusable because the waste hadn’t flushed away .We’ve been visiting Tudor park for 14 years . The site is very well kept and the pitches a good size . It’s such a shame the main toilet block has not been kept up to the same high standard . I’m well aware the smaller block has been modernised .
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you had an experience that you were unhappy with but, as your third visit this year (and having been visiting us for 14 years) I'm sure you are aware that if there was a problem it would have definitely been a one off and our facilities are cleaned thoroughly each day.It would have been so helpful to have been told that there was an issue at a time but we know that your stays are always just one night so perhaps we were closed when you arrived. We have been up and tested all the toilets and there is nothing wrong with the flushes so perhaps there was a temporary blockage. The Velux windows are so high up that we have to use long ladders to clean them and they were done not too long ago but since then we have had storms, leaves and moss which has of course made them look dirty again. They will be cleaned but it is something that needs planning so haven't been done yet. The facilities are due to be decorated, this has been planned for January when we are at our quietest and will cause least disruption. The damp walls would purely be an occasional oddity caused by the amount of showers happening on a cold winter day. We have excellent ventilation in the facilities so it wouldn't be a regular occurrence. I'm sure if you had been staying longer, you would have seen how well the facilities are cleaned each day, all the toilets flushed and no condensation! If you visit us again and experience any issues, please do let us know at the time so that we can do something about it there and then and improve your stay.
We arranged a group of old SCUBA diving club to stay both on the campsite and the pub for our Christmas celebration. From initial enquiry right through to the weekend itself the staff as always were so so helpful with everything even when as in most group bookings there were a few last minute changes. Can’t recommend them enough plus with the Black Shed opposite the site by chance had an Open Mike night and then the Pub taking care of the Xmas meals!
Clean, quiet, friendly staff. Good local pub/ cafe very close . Nice walks alongside the canal
Great site, been going there several years and always loved it.
We had a nice stay albeit only for one night. Unfortunately we arrived at lunchtime when reception was shut and couldn’t immediately see where to fill up our Motorhome with water. We had two vans coming in behind us at the same time, and had to move quickly. We had just arrived in our new Motorhome and were a bit worried about getting stuck in a difficult situation (that will wear off!) reception had left clear instructions for us as to where our pitch was though. The site was very clean and tidy. I didn’t check the facilities as didn’t need them. Great location on the Gloucester Sharpness Canal - lovely walks etc. A small cafe and a pub also very close. Would definitely consider coming again if in the area.
A nice site close to the Tudor Arms Inn which serves full breakfast from 8am. The caravan park is next to the canal, but is screened by a bank and hedge. I would have given 5 stars but the noise from the moored canal boats engines that were running at night could be heard from our pitch which was next to the canal. It wouldn't be a problem on the pitches that are further away. A nice feature when you book online is that you can choose your pitch number from the online site plan.

This is the third time we have stayed at Tudor Caravan Park. Twice in the winter and once in the summer. The facilities are excellent and the location next to a great pub and Slimbridge Wetland Trust makes is a great trip.
