Lovely walks along the canal and a short walk to the Wildfowl and Wetland Trust Centre. Plenty of places to explore right on your doorstep but will be back to venture further afield.

Plot numbers not very visible but found our plot because others were taken in our area. We had to pay extra for late leaving on the Sunday, but at this time of year when occupancy is low I don't think this should be charged.

"Perfect stopover whilst visiting the Wildlife and Wetlands Trust"

We hadn't visited the Wetlands site in over 30 years and decided that this would be our first destination in our camper van. So we decided to book Tudor Caravan Park as it was so conveniently located. We were not disappointed. The staff and site were everything we expected and more (even the 'old' shower block was perfectly suitable for our needs). We ate in the adjacent pub (which was also fantastic) and all-in-all we had a great adventure. We certainly won't be leaving it 30 years before we return and we will definitely be using Tudor Caravan Park again, when we do.

"Three night stay."

The park is ideally situated about 4 miles off the M5 motorway and despite some narrowish roads is easy to get to,and best of all it is just behind an excellent pub/restaurant. Situated on the banks of the Sharpness Docks to Gloucester Docks Canal, close to the tidal River Severn and 800 yards from The Wetlands Trust Reserve is a walkers/nature lovers heaven. The park is split up into various areas including an adults only area, all of the the pitches are fairly level and spacious, and on our visit the park and facilities were spotless.

Facilities are what you would expect but no shop on site except for essentials like blue for loo etc. However for basics the Black Shed is over the road, and pub grub next door. Bus services we found only available from just off roundabout on A38. Only quibble, would have been nice if site office had some bus timetables.

Thank you for your review and it was lovely meeting you. We don't supply bus timetables because they don't make them anymore! We are always happy for customers to pop into reception and ask us to have a look on the internet for appropriate bus times. We hope you... Thank you for your review and it was lovely meeting you. "Spotless clean park"

Mr T O'Sullivan - Stayed with family, Oct 2018

This was the 4th time we've stayed at the park. As my kids are getting older they could do with a playground. The central field is great if there other kids to play with though.
