It's unusual to hear that the internet has not been very good as we have transmitters right across the park which allows anyone booked on to have full access to high speed at all times. There is a help line and number provided with the internet for customers to phone if they have any difficulties. Had you let us know at the time then we would have recommended you contact the number and got a refund from them. As a family run park we always encourage imaginative play and have found that, in general, people prefer to have the large open spaces for their children to have the freedom to play in rather than a dedicated play area with age-specific equipment. It’s always great to watch children of all ages mixing and joining in with each other with no waiting to access play equipment and any difficulties this sometimes can cause. There is a lovely park in the village that our visitors are always welcome to use. Please do pop into reception if you visit us again and we can tell you how to get to there. Kind regards.

Storm ciaro , or what ever it was caleed blew in , & Dursley dozen was cancelled. ah well, always a first. Did not ruin our stay, completely switched off from the world whilst we stayed at tudor park. nice walks along the sharpness canal, 8miles their & back from the site. good ale. Nice, & nice that the site is open all year. Would recommend avisit to the site & surrounding area. I grew up , in the area , & it keeps pulling me back.

Thank you for your review, I am glad you like the site and the surrounding area. Shower water temperature is very much down to personal preference, for you I can see it was too cold but for others it may be cosidered too hot. We cater for young and old, all age groups have different needs. As a regulated business we must keep the water temperature down below 41 degrees Celcius to avoid scoulding. We regularly check the shower temperatures to ensure they are always between 39 & 41 degrees Celcius. Thank you for your comments. Regards Robin Fairall

I stayed at Tudor Park during Storm Dennis, despite the weather I still enjoyed my stay. It is a perfect location for walking to the WWT, which was the reason for my visit.

To far from the toilets. Place flooded with water due to a lot of rain. Couldn’t walk around.

Thank you for your review, As I'm sure you can appreciate we have had an extreme amount of rainfall the last few months and despite us putting in 7 new drains around the park there was still a lot of standing water. Since your departure we have put in 2 more drains which have address the worst areas. There are still floods in the area which have cut off complete villages so i think we've done OK to stay open throughout. I note you felt you were too far from the toilet/shower block. You were less than 100m from the block which many people would think is perfect(not too far away but not right next to it either). You might be interested to know that in future you can select your own pitch for a £5.00 fee. I hope you enjoyed your stay with us despite the weather and we hope to see you again.
