Simply a perfect camp site that ticked all the boxes for what we needed as 'camper vanners.' Very decent pitches; washroom facilities excellent and very clean; perfect location to access the Forest of Dean and welcoming and helpful site owner who took the time to call us before our arrival to direct us to an alternative route due to road closures. Can't recommend this site highly enough!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great facilities - very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good pub nearby - The George. St Briavels castle is really interesting - the whole area is steeped in history. We had an excellent six mile walk through the forest, to the river.... Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great facilities - very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Good pub nearby - The George.
