"Well organised and clean"

We were passing through as part of the offas dyke walk, camping with a small tent and using a luggage service. The reception staff were really helpful, holding our luggage and letting us charge phones. The shower block was really clean and with good space for clothes while you shower. Nicely spaced pitches. Several other families there but it didn't feel crowded.

Friendly staff, park kept immaculately clean and very good with COVID guidlines, felt very safe during our stay. Once got our bearings found shops and amenities not too far away. Very nice pub in village within walking distance. Ideal for any type of holiday, but walker and cyclist paradise. Plenty to do in the area If you want to b3 active, or very pleasant site to just do nothing.

We had to rearrange our stay from June to September because of lockdown but the staff were very helpful & made the necessary arrangements to move our booking. The site is clean & tidy with a handy camp shop for essentials plus barriers at the entrance & exit for security. The shower block is modern & always clean, plus the washing up facilities have bowls & drainers provided. There is a walk to St Briavels from the site & a circular walk too, plus you can feed the goats & chickens at the entrance.

"Great location"

It was clean and appeared to be very new, a few shrubs between pitches would greatly enhance it. The pitches were of a good size and flat. The staff were friendly and helpful and they provided take away and breakfast baps - all good so far. The toilet facilities were clean but had a strong smell of damp at times overpowering - also only 4 toilets (in the ladies - I believe only 3 in mens ) and 4 showers - no cubicles unfortunately. This lack hadn't been too bad during the week but by the weekend the it was far little to cope with a full site. It was a lovely place but until they can expand the toilet block, I wouldn't return or recommend it. Pity.
