"Lovely new site"

Mr P Gott - Stayed with family, May 2019

Donkey Creek only opened a year ago and it has been designed and built very well. Superb disabled and family facilities as well as the regular user ones. Clean and tidy site which is well maintained. Superb disabled and family facilities as well as the regular user ones. Clean and tidy site which is well maintained. Very friendly owners and staff, helpful and chatty but not intrusive. All pitches level and spacious and better still not full of empty seasonal caravans. Definitely a site to recommend to others and to return to in the future.

"Disorganised"

A Banham - Stayed with partner, May 2019

We were placed next to a very noisy family. All units squashed to one side of the park when we could have been split up and spread around.

Thank you for your review. Our pitches are allocated by our booking systems . On this particular weekend due to the poor weather , we tried to put our customers as close to the facilities as possible. I apologise if you felt squashed and were placed next to a family with children, we would have gladly moved you to another pitch had we known you were unhappy. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and would have dealt with your griefs, had we been aware of them. Kind regards
