Donkey Creek is fantastic in every regard. Even during these bleak times the family make you very welcome. The sooner it reopens the better.

Lovely site, not too far from shops and local area. Site nice and clean, facilities lovely and spotless. Pitches nice size with full working electric and water. The only thing what is wrong is the little shop needs a bit more selection.

We visited when it was really, really wet so the field which the kids could have played in was too wet really. They still had a great time going around the block on their bikes etc. Possibly the addition of a wooden play area in the field would have been nice with maybe a woodchip base. Couldn't fault it though. It was lovely. Felt safe for the kids and was spotlessly clean. I had ideas that we could have followed the coastal trail to Lytham but it was really muddy and wet, like above your ankles wet... probably would have been ok in summer to do that. All in all, a lovely park which I would be very happy to visit again.

We couldn't go where we'd planned because of restrictions so we stayed at Donkey Farm, only six miles from home. What a gem! An easy to get to site in Freckleton, very neat and well laid out. All the facilities are to a high standard and are very clean and well maintained. There is an onsite shop with limited supplies and delivery services for daily papers and breakfast items from a local shop. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. There are ample places to shop, dine out or get take away in Freckleton, a short drive away or easy walk. If you enjoy walking there is a route to join the Lancashire Coastal Path and the Fylde Coast including Lytham St Anne's and Blackpool which are on the doorstep if you enjoy promenading or the beach. We had a lovely long weekend here and would thoroughly recommend it for all.

The site has been developed to a high standard with all pitches being hard standing and serviced with 16A EHU, water and drainage. The toilets and showers are clean and well played out. There is a small shop in the reception with a few essentials. The village of Freckleton is a 10 minute walk or very short drive away with a few local shops and pubs. The staff are friendly and attentive. There is a small dog walk which we didn't venture on to due to the weather on this occasion.
