The park offer a variety of Hard Standing Pitches and Grass Pitches with and without electric hook-up.

The Meadow has electric hook-ups on both hardstandings and grass pitches and is open all year round. Suitable for all types of tourers and camping in tents. We keep a large open area in the centre of the meadow so it feels spacious and there is plenty of room for children to play games.
The site has hedging around most of the perimeter with the Gloucester-Sharpness canal running along one side where you may be lucky enough to see a paddle-steamer or the occasional tall ship passing. The Meadow backs onto the canal and has lovely views over the fields towards the Cotswold Hills.
Our main toilet & shower block is centrally located here for easy access.

From the arrival welcome, to the pub at the entrance! Excellently clean facilities! Great site!
This site is one of the most quiet we have ever stayed at, it is immaculately kept with very clean shower blocks and the staff are both friendly and professional Ideally situated for the Slimbridge WWT centre and walks along the lovely Sharpness canal, plus only 4 miles off the M5 motorwayWe stayed at the site twice in 2025 and will definitely be back in 2026
The campsite is ideally situated near the canal in Slimbridge giving the chance to have some lovely walks.Amenities are good. Nicely landscaped.Helpful member of staff when we thought our electric hook up wasn't workingThe Tudor Inn by the site is great as we met up with friends for a meal there. Also the cafe by the canal, good food & friendly staff
Our first time at The Tudor site and it did not disappoint. We received a warm welcome. Our pitch was very spacious and we'll kept(we stayed in the Adults only part)Facilities were clean and tidy. Added bonus of a pub at the entrance which was brilliant, food was really reasonable. Right on the canal which again we enjoyed a lovely walk along before heading for a breakfast in a cafe opposite the site.Location is also great.Overal a fantastic site and we'll definitely be back.
We were that happy I have organised through my WhatsApp group and Easter weekend next year
Location right next to pub and canal for walks.Pitches very small and close together Our shower block was ok but my husband visited other one and said it needed work.Barking dog left in caravan one evening spoilt itDog walk instructions need updating it’s turned right at pub and right of gate not left.Bad for signalNot close to Cotswolds really as nearly an hour.Overall disappointing
Thank you for your review,As I'm sure your aware we have a variety of pitches large and small but all are suited to the size of unit booked onto the pitch. The shower block closest to you is newly refurbished and the other block is more than satisfactory. There is some discolouration on the worktops but the worktops are sound. We had no reports of a dog a being left in a caravan alone barking. Had you reported this at the time we could have sorted this. We do not allow pets left alone in vans at any time. The dog walking instructions have been checked and are correct, maybe you misinterpreted them.I am curious as to what signal is bad. TV is fine but a booster is always recommended. Mobile signal depends very much on your network but I am not aware of any problems in the area. The Cotswolds are 10 minutes away by car and you can see the hills from the Caravan Park. Definitely not 1 hour away, in fact the the Cotswold Way runs through Dursley and is 15 minutes drive onto Stinchcombe Hill if you wish to park there and pick up the trail.I am disappointed that you did not take advantage of our fantastic location or visit Reception to talk to us about your issues. We are more than happy to help all our visitors in any way we can.
Enjoyed my stay, the facilities we’re clean and spacious, and plenty of space in terms of pitch size, electrical hookup was 100% reliable and never dropped out at all. Would suggest to others wanting a camping or caravan holiday. Also the onsite pub is brilliant with some of the best pub food around.
We regularly visit Tudor Park as it meets all our needs. Lovely setting near to canal. Excellent facilities for both adults and families with dedicated adultv only area. . Two very nice well kept toilet blocks on site. Loveky pub next door serving good food at reasonable prices. Quiet position but only short drive to local supermarkets. Not far from motorways for easy access. Would highly recommend for short stays or longer breaks. 5 minutes walk from Slimbdige Wetlands Trust.
Very pleased with the site and location next to the canal very quiet and peaceful
Thank you for the lovely 5 stars and feedback. It has been remarkably dry and dusty this year and a hard surface such as tarmac would be very helpful but we have to adhere to very strict legislation when it comes to hard surfaces and drainage to prevent flash flooding further down the system. This is why the main site road is a hard gravel track and one that we top dress regularly. We are please to hear that you enjoyed your visit and hope to welcome you back again soon.Kind regards
Had a lovely stay, and the pub is next door which was a bonus. Well worth a visit.
