Juniper Hill Caravan Park

Portrush, County Antrim

117 Reviews

Park Description

If it's the idea of waking up to a beautiful coastal view of the North Atlantic Ocean, with Co.Donegal visible on the horizon, then Juniper Hill Caravan Park is the place to stay. Just across the road from the coastal walks and rock pools, Juniper Hill Caravan Park is located just between Carrick Dhu Caravan Park and the seaside harbour town of Portstewart.

Juniper Hill Caravan Park is the ideal place to stay during the weekend of the Annual North West 200 motorcycle race, as you will not even have to leave the park to enjoy the atmosphere of the race, as all the action takes place right in front of the park.

This is a great spot for caravaning. Great location for walks or bikes and excellent views of the coastline. I come here every year with my wife and 2 girls and my only criticism is that on a Bank Holiday weekend when there is nobody booked to come on to the pitch... This is a great spot for caravaning. Great location for walks or bikes and excellent views of the coastline. I come here every year with my wife and 2 girls and my only criticism is that on a Bank Holiday weekend when there is nobody booked to come on to the pitch could a late departure not be arranged to allow caravaners to get the full day before heading home. It’s always a shame to have to leave when the place is empty anyway.

Good location between portrush/portstewart. Lovely sea views. Limited facilities on site...play park good, games room could be improved. Toilet/shower facilities clean but freezing as not heated...was bad spell weather over Easter but was like having a shower outside!... Good location between portrush/portstewart. Lovely sea views. Limited facilities on site...play park good, games room could be improved. Toilet/shower facilities clean but freezing as not heated...was bad spell weather over Easter but was like having a shower outside! Not all pitches hard standing and ground conditions may be poor. Train track runs directly behind pitches 17-20...early wake up call from 6am!
