Woolacombe Sands Holiday Park is a third generation, family run caravan and camping site in North Devon, which sits overlooking 3 miles of beautiful and fabulous Golden Sands.

For over 30 years we have welcomed families and the generations that follow, helping to continue family traditions and make treasured self-catering Woolacombe holiday memories in our relaxed environment.

We even welcome dogs, so that every family member enjoys the holiday experience and feels included. So if it's a dog friendly holiday in Woolacombe you're after, you've come to the right place!

We offer a wide range of self-catering Holiday Homes to suit all budgets, from our modest and comfortable Ocean View Bronze Caravans to our quirky and popular Sea View Cabins. For that extra special experience, we have a selection of holiday homes with Hot Tubs, all with exceptional views of the North Devon coast!

If camping and touring is your thing, we do that too! All with breath-taking ocean or countryside views, 5 toilet and shower blocks with wetsuit and pet washing areas!

We are the perfect choice for a family orientated, relaxing holiday in North Devon. As the closest holiday park to Woolacombe Beach, our dedicated footpath to the beach will take you straight to the heart of Woolacombe through National Trust countryside within 15-20 minutes and allows you to avoid parking charges and explore the beautiful surroundings that North Devon has to offer.

Our enchanted off-road footpath takes you safely to Woolacombe beach and Woolacombe Village where you can enjoy family-friendly independent shops, restaurants, cafe's and bars, even with your furry friend if you decide to bring your dog!

If you prefer to relax from the Holiday Park, you can soak in the beautiful sunsets with a bottle of wine from our onsite shop or enjoy the views from the sun terrace in The Clubhouse with a cocktail and dinner.

As a small family owned and run business, we continually reinvest profits to improve the holiday park for your enjoyment. Over the past few years we have seen new caravans added to our fleet, chalet improvements, a new children’s park, Clubhouse, swimming pool and arcade refurbishment, a new sun terrace, new toilet and shower blocks for the camping and caravanning, road improvements, a new shop kitchen to extend their breakfast, lunch and dinner menus and recently we have added holiday homes with hot tubs, built more seasonal pitches and so much more.

During the evenings, the Clubhouse is 'the' place to be for a great night of family-friendly entertainment. Let loose and enjoy some music, dancing, first-class cabaret, cash bingo, game shows, and quizzes. This is the perfect rendezvous to unwind, kick back and make new friends. And if you fancy a bite to eat, there is a great selection of tantalising dishes to try. For those of you with a sweet tooth, we've got you covered with a selection of delicious desserts.

Friendly staff, great views, very clean, good facilities and amenities. Within walking distance of Woolacombe beach. Lovely food and not extortionate!The only very slight niggle was I couldn’t find how to order take away food online. I asked 2 members of staff who also asked other staff and nobody knew. No major hassle, just had to go in the shop to order it.

Devon and Cornwall has always been a favourite of mine as far back as I can remember and it's been a pleasure to introduce it to my partner who retires next year. She's Irish but spent many family years in the USA So with with seaside beauty in mind she's got a lot to learn. We've stayed at Woolacombe Park a number of time and have found that they've improved each time and the latest trip.was no exception.....a fridge freezer. No Hotels would ever be able offer that, great for a young family for trips out.We spent our days out visiting Clovelly and the valley of the rocks which gives access to Lynton and Lynmouth, we didn't spend much time using the facilities of the park but we've booked a longer visit next year and that will be rectified. All staff, from reception clubhouse and utility staff were helpful in all respects, making it a restful and fulfilling break.

We initially booked a lodge for up to 6 people. Upon arrival there was only 2 of us and still lodge was unsuitable, too small, no regular bed and doors to lodge were left open as difficult to shut. Luckily we were offered an alternative accommodation of the chalet. These were much bigger, better equipped and more suitable. The only problem with this was that the walls were extremely thin. We did not get to keep until 3.30 am one morning due to the noise from a party being held by teens next door. We politely knocked twice and asked them to turn the noise down. At 11pm I went to the bar and asked a manager to come and ask them again. They turned the music down for a short while but continued throughout the night shouting and turning music back up. I tried to call security but they were not accessible. I walked back to the club and looked for the number that was supposed to be there out of hours but again no joy. This is totally unacceptable and ruined our holiday as we did not sleep.

Woolacombe sands holiday park, is in a good location for walking to the beach and Woolacombe town.The staff are very friendly and helpful, the site is very clean and tidy.Woolacombe sands have two swimming pools, the food and entertainment is very good.There is a horse riding centre near by, a lovely area to walk and the views from the park are stunning.We will visit again.

We enjoyed our stay in your pet friendly Platinum Ocean View caravan. The staff were friendly and efficient. The accommodation was excellent, clean and well appointment with a great view. The entertainment and food in the main bar were great. The bar and the campsite were maintained very well. Overall an excellent holiday and great value for money, we have already booked for next year.
