We very much enjoyed our 3 night stay at Smytham’s. We stayed in our motorhome and found the pitches were very spacious with nice views of the surrounding countryside. The whole site is well kept, toilet and shower block was immaculate and the outdoor pool was an added bonus. The site was quiet as our stay co-insides with the children returning to school. The site was an ideal location as we were able to access and cycle along the Tarka Trail in both directions.

We always enjoy our stay at symtham, the approach to the park is very good, it’s set in the rural countryside, there is a shop onsite, the staff are very helpful, there is also a bar, & snooker room, there’s plenty of activities for children, on certain days you can walk with alpaca’s, you can also high bikes, you can access the tarka trail easy from the site, dogs are very welcome, there is also dog washing fasciitis’s on site, we also stay on an en-suite pitch

Excellent site. Friendly staff. En-suite pitch was great. Only issue (and nothing anyone can do about it!) was that you had to drive to get to any local amenities. This is the only reason we would have to think about staying again.

As we live less than 20 miles from Smytham, we booked 2 nights to see what it's like.We were very impressed with the site - indeed it was very difficult to find anything to critisiize!Lovely big pitched, plenty of fully serviced - even pitches with their own showers and toilets.There is a very recent toilet block to hotel standards and a nice swimming pool in a walled garden suitable for tents.The overall impression is that the owners have paid great attention to detail - so we will be back!

Can’t fault this camp site. Facilities first class, staff first class. Wonderful stay, we WILL be returning lots more.

We would highly recommend staying at Smytham, When we first arrived the greeting was warm and friendly, The site is exceptionally clean and well maintained, as are all the facilities that we used. We will definitely be returning at our earliest opportunity, many thanks to all at Smytham.

Will definitely be returning! The site was immaculate and clean, staff were friendly and accommodating. The site was exactly as described.Pool was clean and warm enough for the kids at the end of August and some nice sun loungers as well..We hired an ensuite pitch which were reasonably priced and a welcome addition though the toilet block isn't too far from the standard pitches.Pitches are a good size.Whilst the park was a little tired the kids loved it and the goalposts and play room with table tennis were welcome additions.Street food hits in the evening were a nice touch for those that don't want to cook and the access to the tarmac trail meant the site was really accessable with lots to donl whatever the weather!

All excellent. It might be an idea to add TV aerial points to the bollards as TV signal isn’t very good.

All the facilities were cleaned on a regular basis. Haven't camped anywhere else where has been as clean as this it was lovley. Lovley but small park area but enough for the kids games room pitch with goal for the kids. Swimming pool lovley with views. Loved the laundrette on site and the dog wash area was very impressive as out springer loves to get dirty in his walks which is perfect for any accommodation to be able to clean and dry them before they go in the tent ect.Walking trail straight off site the woods felt like I had been transported somewhere else and the kids loved the little touches with the fairy Houses. Small little shop in reception area very good and the staff where always very nice and accommodating.

My self and my 2 children spent a lovely bank holiday weekend at Smytham.There was entertainment in the bar with warm friendly staff.Facilities are great. Toilet block modern and clean. The pool is an added bonus and despite nit the best weather we were able to make use if this. The visiting food vans are great if you don't fancy cooking.Camping pitches are of good size too.
