Great site helpful friendly staff especially Leanne. Excellent facilities and quiet location. 5 mins to beach and 5 minutes to two pubs plus cafe at the entrance to the site. Gated very secure beautiful kept site

Wasn’t entirely sure what to expect but was absolutely delighted with the site and location. Loved all the trees and shrubs which not only look very pretty but attract lots of birds and wildlife and very tranquil with the sound of the stream running close by. Lots of lovely walks and stunning views, plenty of places to eat close by including tea room, farm house and pub. Huge pitch with plenty of space and privacy, facilities were very clean and to a good standard. Managers very helpful indeed, very knowledgeable about the local area and ready and willing to help with facilities queries.

The site is so well kept and the lads that worked there never seemed to stop x they are a credit to you x Jeff and his family were really lovely people and made us feel very welcome x our Motorhome plot was massive x and the toilets and showers were modern and lovely and clean x we will definitely stay again when we travel to North Devon x

Tucked away down a little lane but was easy to find with local signposts. Site was super clean, no signs of any untidiness or rubbish or overgrown trees/plants etc. It’s a multi use site, so static homes, camping and plenty of room for camper vans and motor homes. Toilets and showers always clean and ready to use. Free and high speed Wi-Fi available all over the site which never dropped out. I stayed in one of the little glamping pods which was perfect for 4 nights, it had lighting and electricity (and heater which I didn’t need!), picnic table outside and room to park my car. Depending how quickly you can walk then it’s around 20-25 minutes walk down to the harbour front. All in all a great place to base yourself whether for a couple of nights or an extended stay.

We stayed for 4 nights, we walked to Ilfracombe a couple of times, once via the woods/road & once via the coastal path but do be mindful it's hilly but well worth it .We also enjoyed a coastal path walk to Water mouth bay, stunning views.....where you can enjoy a break at small cafe. Hele beach is about a 10 min walk from the site where there is also a nice cafe.The site & facilities are spotlessly clean, we were very impressed 👍🏼The site was quiet, we went 7-14 th July...and is set between rolling hillsides & a wooded area .The plots are generous & well maintained....all in all great value for money.We would definitely look forward to returning 👍🏼Only one tiny niggle, in the shower cubicles..... nowhere to put shower gels/ shampoos etc......a little shelf would have been very useful, apart from that 5 ⭐BOOK...YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED 😊

A quiet site , with some good touring pitches . Facilities block spotless at whatever time you visited . 10 min walk to nearest beach , pub , and shop/filling station . Half hour walk to Ilfracombe , plenty of cafes , takeaways . Hele corn mill does a great cream tea and amazing cakes .

What a great little site, clean and kept nice. Toilets and showers were clean. My only gripe is that tents and motorhomes were together, which seemed a bit odd. Wasn’t good when a group started to play football and hit the motorhomes. But other than that it was a fab week in a lovely place. Would return for sure. Keep up the good work 😊

Fantastic place to stay . Beautiful location . Hele beach walking distance. Comyn farm does Amazing Sunday roasts well worth booking and ilfracombe beautiful place and in walking distance if you like a challenge walking up steep hills.

Nice site clean facilities. Close enough to walk to all main parts of ilfracombe.Annoyances- not really issuesSite toilets close for 1.5 hr per day for cleaning. Whilst they are lovely and clean, 1.5 hours is a long time. There was ongoing maintenance when we were there, chainsaws etc.. The hard standing pitches are all 100% covered in hard standing, there are no grass areas for awnings etc. bent a number of solid heavy duty pegs-
