Fantastic venue and staff. Bike night is one not to miss. Couldn’t find any recycling area.

Booked over the phone at short notice for one night to give our granddaughter a night's camping. Arrived after the reception had shut. No issue gaining access. ANPR worked well. Toilets and showers were spotless a fabulous night away. Thanks

We visited over an August weekend with our family, one of us in a campervan and one in a caravan. The pitches were level clean and spacious with great lake views (303)We ate at woodys bar and the food and drink was fairly priced. Kids play area was well equipped and ideally located. Toilets and showers spotless with nice radio stations playing in the background. An ideal location for a weekend escape.

We had a fantastic stay at Woodland Waters Holiday Park. The setting is beautiful and peaceful, with lovely woodland surroundings that make it a great place to relax and unwind. The park itself is well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. There’s a lovely atmosphere, making it a great choice for both families and couples.We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We’ll certainly be returning!

Our first impressions were just wow. Amazing accommodation in a lovely situ. The accommodation just lacked some basics like, coat hooks, shelves in the bathrooms and drawers in the master bedroom.Fishing was awful, but that was due to the hot weather and not the fishing lakes.Woodies restaurant was perfect, with the overall food excellent.A big thank you to all the staff for making us very welcome.

staff very good. beautiful lodge shame about uncomfortible beds and sofa. fishing was very poor. perhaps an on sight breakfast restaurant would be good.

First of all, we thank you to all the staff who helped us throughout the entire stay from checkin and checkout. The location was perfectly well served the purpose where we wanted. The kids love the lodge and we had a great time staying. Beside the flies come in every now and then, otherwise everything is closed to perfect. car park space, front door, side door windows to the bedroom, it was greatly setup and we will always look forward to stay over again in the future.The playground, the restaurant and the space are managed very well.The animals were the fun part of our stay and thank you for keeping in them in the area.

We have been visiting for many years and enjoyed the comfortable lodge , the beautiful surroundings, the fishing and the excellent service from the staff on site, Without hesitation we would recommend it as an excellent holiday for all the family. On the site there is also a convenient and welcoming restaurant and bar as well as an angling shop and excellent parking.

love the place but very disappointed with the fishing it has got a lot worse over the last two years it needs sorting out lots of weed and needs a re stock i would love to return if the fishing improves i have been to teal lodge for a number of years let me know if things improve thank you mr d williams

The name Woodland Waters sounded great and the website suggested a relaxing stay etc. in reality we were disappointed- very bland grass pitching area (basically a flat field) with tired bollards and taps. Many commercial liveried vehicles, obviously workmen using it as a base. Generally unfriendly place suggested that others weren’t happy too. Walks round the lakes ok (we don’t fish but I guess it’s ok for that). Walking thro the woodland area ok with our elderly retriever but felt very threatened by 2 large Rottweilers on a fishing peg. Large numbers of outside visitors for fishing and the pub. Didn’t try the pub/restaurant so can’t comment there. In short may be ok if you know where to get a pitch and you like fishing. Definitely not for us at all.
